Since they changed the name to JD, I haven't had any good experiences. I went to the one at Dayton and Fairfield mall both and had the same experience. I felt very uncomfortable. Not one employee tried to help me. I had to wait around and wave one down and they weren't even helpful. I ended up not but buying anything here. I will not ever go back!!!

We went into this store yesterday that's may 23rd spent a bunch of money, bought my mom a pair of shoes that didn't fit her, we tried to return them today and they wouldn't return them they said the shoes looked used and we tried to purchase more clothes the manager looked like he was on drugs and he didn't let us purchase more clothes he didn't sell us anything. The manager and the little skinny African American smelled like weed. Worst experience I've had and they shouldn't treat customers the way they did

We stopped in here today to find a pair of shoes for my granddaughter. They have a very good selection of styles and the group them by size so it's easy to find what's available in your size. We found a couple pair and they had the correct size for both - so we bought both pairs. Service was fast and friendly. What's not to like?

Finish Line usually has a better selection than Foot Action, Champs, or Foot Locker and they compete very well on clothing and shoes with Dicks Sporting Goods. Since the DSG has opened in the Dayton Mall, I suspect that's where some of their business has gone. It seemed a bit empty, but of course, it was a school night, so things are much more quiet in the mall. Occasionally, they have some really good deals, and they have a rewards card, and they'll send you e-mail after e-mail to extoll their love for you, plus you get some discounts. I was treated well, but I didn't find anything to buy this time.
