I will say that every time I go into the store, it is a mess, but the staff is always friendly. However, my last visit was a little irritating because I had purchased paper towels, but they were not put with the rest of my bagged items. When I got home and tried calling the store, the store line remained busy for hours. As of currently, I still have not gotten the issue rectified because I have been calling the store for several hours and the line has been busy.

They will lock the doors really early. Thirty, forty-five minutes early. The store is supposed to be open until ten, but good luck with that.

The employees never greeted me or asked if I needed help. For a newer store, this place is tore up. Product not put away all over the floor along with discarded boxes stored in the aisles. Place is a real mess.

Every time that I visit this store I have a great experience the manager or assistant I'm not sure what her title is but she always greets me and other costumes and ask I there is any help finding items. BUT ... I do have a complaint she needs more help to keep this store running smoothly some of the other employees there are not a great fit for costumes services employment she can only do so much!

Went to the store twice between 9pm and 9:30pm, sign says open till 10pm. Both times people were inside and doors are locked! Tried calling the store and the phone constantly rings busy. There was a guy in the parking lot that had just walked out and said there's 2 girls working in there both were on their phones the whole time and took 10 minutes to check him out!

Yes I’ve been sitting outside of the store now for over an hour it is supposed to open at 8 AM it’s after 1 o’clock actually 130 and no one is still opening the door I do not understand why

Very very clean nice updated new face store....Had everything I needed.. Had everything I wanted.. Great location. Big parking lot. Good prices on items. The associate working was a little of the side. But can't blame the store for her personality or demeaner. But I still gave it 5 stars.

This store has come a long way with the remodeling they have done. Everything is so organized and easy to find. The staff is extremely nice and very respectful. Way to go!

The staff is always friendly and well mannered when I visit. The PROBLEM is NO SHOPPING CARTS. The cashier said people steal their carts. They don't even have carry baskets. I had to use a clothes basket to carry my merchandise.
