Alan Newsom at Dayton Dodge made the buying process a complete breeze for my husband and I. We were looking for a Dodge locally, and no one could beat the prices and incentives that Alan did. He made us feel so comfortable with the process and we made a deal! It was well worth the 3 hour drive to travel to Dayton, and I will recommend them to everyone looking for a new vehicle!! Just go there, you will be pleased!!!

Josh and his team in the service department are just what this dealership needs. They are always friendly and accommodating. They need to hire more people since there is always a wait.
The waiting area leaves much to be desired. The sales staff can hardly be bother to say hello as they indulge themselves at the fancy coffee machine. There seems to be a disconnect between the two departments.
Advice: Do not call this dealership, Rosie in the call center is nice, but because she is not located on-site, she is not equipped to do anything but make an appointment. I needed to speak with the dealership directly, and it took 4 calls to reach someone at this location.

Alan and Andrew made all my wishes come true . I was worried I wouldn’t get approved for a car at all . The two of them worked together I left in a 2024 brand new car. The car I wanted at that ! The customer service was impeccable! Job well done ??

This place is a JOKE! I dropped my vehicle off to get looked at because my AC wasn’t working. AFTER, I had paid them to charge my AC…. They had my vehicle for 27 days (this time) before I was told what the problem was. And the communication within that time was POOR. The service manager is very disrespectful. Called me a liar because I had informed him that I had came there several times looking for him to resolve the issue with my vehicle and he was not at work. During working hours. His staff said he had gone for the day. They are always short staffed. And the turn over rate is high for the service staff. I wouldn’t dare take my care there for service ever again.

Alan was so patient with me and paid attention to all details in the kind of car I was looking for. He stayed in contact with me to find the perfect car for me and I am thankful that he took care of me from the first day I walked into the dealership.
