We had a water softener and pressure reducing valve installed. Installer was friendly and knowledgable. A good quality softener at a competitive price, with a solid warranty. A plus having a long established, reputable company for any parts or service needed in the future.

Requested Enting Water Conditioning Service install a shutoff valve from my reverse osmosis unit to the refrigerator. 24 hours later, Jeremy arrived and installed the shutoff valve. Super friendly and professional.

I recently chose Enting to install a reverse osmosis drinking water system. It was a replacement for a system that we had been renting from another company.
I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Enting! Everyone I spoke with was very personable and professional. They answered all of my questions and provided suggestions as to which system would work the best for us. I also appreciated that pricing was prominently listed on their website.
Our technician Floyd did a wonderful job of installing the system. He provided a much neater installation than the one that was there previously.
So, as you can tell, you have a very happy customer here!

My experience with Enting was positive. I had them install a water softener suitable for a small family. There was a problem with a leaky connection which they promptly fixed. A second problem was with the setup of the system which they corrected. Finally they clued me in on how my house was plumbed which was useful information.

The Enting water softener served us for a few decades!! Yes! However another problem arose that affected the water softener, but because of that and the previous service I received, I was ready and given knowledge which unit would best serve our house. Enting graciously fit me in the schedule as our well water is very hard and full of iron and I was unable to use appliances, etc b/c of that for several days. Floyd and Jeremy came within the given time frame, efficiently replaced all necessary pipes and installed the unit. They took time to explain the new unit which has many GREAT features. EXCELLENT service all around! I highly recommend this company!

My installer Floyd was very knowledgeable , helpful, professional and kind. Customer service is everything because it’s almost becoming a thing of the past these days!! I love my new reverse osmosis drinking water system and it tastes great!! Even my cats agree the water is so much cleaner and they love it too!!??⬛?
