We were trying to get a rental from insurance claim because I was involved in a car accident. The other enterprises customer service was one of the worst but surprisingly, couple miles down the road, this one is completely different! KaLa Harris was wonderful, she was more than happy to go out of her way to get a vehicle for us. She has changed my feeling toward enterprise. Thank you Kala!

The Enterprise Rental Car did a wonderful job. I'm very pleased with them. I recommend them to everyone. They are top notch on North Main Street in Dayton, Ohio.

Needed a truck they kept trying to rent me a mini van I said I wanted a full size truck there for I had to go to that enterprise store up by Dayton mall they had what I wanted

My last few months I have experienced two vehicle accidents which resulted in two vehicles being totally demolished.My insurance company State Farm set me up with many vehicles these past two months which were through Enterprise.My experience with this company has been very positive. From my experience with the rep from Troy, Alabama to the reps here in Dayton I have been very impressed with the service.I turned in hopefully my last Enterprise rental for a long time last week and Ellis from the Centerville location was again very courteous and professional.In the future when I need a rental it will be through Enterprise. Your company has definitely earned my future business.

I reserved a convertible car to be rented from the Cincinnati airport at 6am to drive to Dayton. When we picked up the car, the greeter demonstrated how to lower the top. We were on the road to our destination and noticed the back wing window hadn’t quite sealed. I called the Centerville location and a lady told me no problem, bring it back in at 3 and we will give you an SUV and swap it out for another convertible on Friday. I believe her name was Taylor. Well, when I got there at 3, they said all they had was compact cars with zero discount. They want me to accept a compact car for a convertible price. The manager came out and was mad because he had to pay for Cincinnati’s mistakes. He basically refused to help me, said it’s Cincinnati’s problem not his. BTW, I could’ve driven back to Cincinnati had Taylor not told me they would’ve helped at 3pm. I waited 8 hours for them to not help me. Centerville demonstrated that Enterprise’s practice is not to help people that got their car from another branch, because it’s not in their branch’s best interest. Literally the manager was mad his store would be on the hook for the mistakes in Cincinnati. Long story short I’ve been using enterprise for 20 years and this will be the last time .

To start, don't expect the phone line to bring you to any local customer support right off the bat. Do your research and speak to someone locally.After that, these people helped me out immensely. I'm talking a day where everything goes wrong and they worked to get me the help I needed to get home. Wonderful people, even better help. This is the place to call.

On June 16th, I reserved a passenger van for a team event on Sep 29th and received confirmation of my reservation. On Sep 26th the office I reserved with reached out to me to say they can’t support my reservation.So here I am three days from a team event that costs thousands without transportation.Their answer….we will try to get this resolved for you and will get back to you.Very disappointed in this office andEnterprise as a whole.This is not acceptable.

It’s been a year or so, but I had the best experience here because of Jordan. Another car rental brand had over-rented and did not have a car available for us, so we were in a bind. We called this Enterprise, and Jordan went out of his way to track down an available car for us. He was a fantastic manager.

They made sure to inform me that I couldn't smoke or have anyone else drive the car. They did not clearly state that you cannot have any pets in the car. Even though it is supposed to be a insurance covered vehicle, to use in palce of my vehicle that was hit. So how am I supposed to get my dog where he needs to go when this is the vehicle I was provided. I was charged $20 for a cleaning the back seat fee. Once I spoke to the nice lady on the phone she refunded my money. The Malibu they gave me was very clean and nice. I drove like a very nice land boat.
