I don’t give out too many recommendations but I feel obligated to do just that for Enhance U Sports Performance Academy. My daughter is a gifted athlete already but in order to get to the next level in soccer and achieve her goal of playing on the US national soccer team we knew Tramain must greatly improve her quickness, explosiveness, and power. This place is FANTASTIC!!!! Coach Hall and his staff are very hands on with the kids. I have seen my son make leaps and bounds in his speed and agility. He's stronger than ever! I highly recommend this facility is you are trying to get your kid to play at a high level!!!!

This is the 2nd year we've taken our son to prepare for his football season. Staff is always pleasant, positive, and are great with kids of all ages. They give him amazing workouts and he's always a stronger player going into the season.
