They never have anything in stock and when they do have stock, they're still locked in cages all lined up throughout the aisles next to half empty shelves.

Disappointed that So many of the things on my list were not in stock and the prices have went up But the service has went down, especially since the shelves are not stocked. Even worse the things that are in the ad on sale are not there the first day of the sale. How is this possible? This gets very disappointing and I still go back. Hoping for a change. We don't have a lot of options in Trotwood another dollar store besides this one and they are the same way. Prices are higher than they are listed on the shelves even in the ad and you have to constantly be on your toes watching that they don't wing it up wrong or something more than once. The more I say the more disappointed I realize I am

Was told by employees that the self checkout was the only thing that worked but no sooner than I started to check my cart out they rang someone out at the regular registers as unfortunate as it is I'm sure it was because of skin color the store was an absolute wreck boxes upon boxes lying around making it hard to navigate the isles

Usually a lot of everything you need. Poor organization though due to low employee numbers and or participation. But good customer service and kind staff.

Very impressed with store organization and cleanliness Manager(I believe, if not should be) was very friendly and helpful with the self checkout we were having issues with. Thank you for your help and patience

There is always an issue when I go to Dollar General on main St. in Trotwood, Oh. They never try to correct issue or accommodate the customer. It will be a long time, maybe never before I go there again.

One of the worst store i have ever visited. Why they're still in business is puzzling.Its a huge fire hazard just waiting to happen due to boxes cluttering the isles.I really hope this store doesn't catch fire with people inside cause they will trip and fall over the boxes that litter the isles. Nearly 99% of the time this store is dirty and disorganized. Bad Management.

The worst one this this city ! It’s 515pm and they are closed! You come in this raggedy store only to find noting on the shelves! We pay far too much to live in Trotwood for this foolishness! We come to this store and it’s more items in boxes than on the shelves! Totally unorganized and just ghetto! Close it now please and do us all a favor!!

This store is really starting to come together. This time 4 months ago I wouldn't be able to find myself in this store but after some new faces working there and some time it's really looking outstanding I can't wait to see it when they are done . Its going to be great and they should be very proud of themselves
