If I could give a negative score I would. This use to be my favorite store a few years back. Management made sure the store was fully stocked, clean, and the employees were pleasant. Fast forward to 2023 and you'd be lucky if the store is even open in the middle of the day. On any given day there is a hand-written sign of the store closed for lunch. When the store is open there is stock everywhere except on the actual shelf for customers to select from. Besides always being closed because of staff shortage, lack of stock, and pricing errors my biggest problem is the poor customer service. Whoever's hiring these people needs to be fired. It does not hurt you to smile or give eye contact when a customer is spending their money at your establishment. I am big on customer service and if I do not get good customer service at an establishment I will not continue to give them my money. It's sad but every store I go into in West Dayton has become a disgrace with the inappropriate music to the foul language. I'd rather pay more in the suburbs stores if it means better experience.

The wonderful young lady WORKING BY HERSELF today on farthers day needs to get a raise or they need to get her some help up here, even with working alone she still helps everyone quick AND NICELY, unlike other employees I've dealt with, she deserves a raise or promotion.

Out of stock on a lot of items. Store is messy and there seems to be all bosses and no employees. Long lines at checkout even when it is not that busy. Overall I would give it a D+.

This store seems to have alot of stuff on the shelves which gives the store a crowded feeling. The sales lady was fast & efficient.
