Praying for the older lady with red hair that works here. She always seems to have a bad attitude and gossiping about other coworkers or accusing people of stealing by the way they look when they come in she's very messy but I'll be praying for her none the less

Absolute horrible management. Went in too buy some 2 liters and a bag of candy and came up five cent short and they refused to cancel my purchase and told me I already paid and they weren’t allowed to cancel my transaction. Then they refused to give me my money back. Would absolutely not recommend this place. I hope Dollar General sees this cause they lost a very valuable customer. I go here all time. but not after today. if possible would give a zero star review after this incident.

Dangerous location, while in aisle male stated I need something to hit her with. While at checkout a customer with a backpack just ransacked his backpack putting in his items. Customers walk in with a threatening glare.

Tried to use the bathroom. Was told that they were not open to the public. Then the staff member said “sorry not sorry”. Great customer service, just left my half filled cart and walked out.

Okay I just left Dollar General on Gettysburg and Germantown 8-21-2022. I purchased a buy 2 get 1 free the assistant manager looked at the sign and saw that the sign was right but the price tag was wrong she wanted to adjust it but the general manager Philip said he would not honor the sign but he would honor his own Phillip Dollar store Tags and snatch the sign down immediately. Philip General Store also will not honor other store returns at this location. That is not on Dollor General receipt!! Wow!! If I could give this store a zero star I definitely would!!

I brought some items and couldn't find my receipt so I went to take items back to get something else since I didn't have my receipt but got to the register and for some reason it wouldn't let the manager give me the items that I was trying to replace for what I took back so she told me to come back after 3:00 p.m. this afternoon wants to manager get in and I was in the store for about 30 minutes and walked out with nothing therefore I have to go back after 3:00 p.m.
