This store should be a customer service model for all businesses. The minute you walk in someone asks if they can help you find something. The staff is always knowledgable about whatever you ask of them. This store always seems to have whatever I need. Some items are a little pricier than the big stores but I've also found many times their prices were cheaper than Lowes - and it is certainly worth the convenience of not having to drive to Huber Heights or Trotwood. This store and its staff are outstanding in every respect.

Been there recently twice. They have been very helpful in helping me find what I need. For those complaining about employees wearing masks, jeez why ya'll bunch of scared snowflakes. They are not making you wear masks as of lately and even if they did, who cares as long as you get what you need and get great quality service. There are elder staff working there so I dont blame them for wearing masks.

Have very good stock and knowledgeable staff. If someone doesn't know the answer, instead of faking it like some of the big box stores, they refer you to another staff member who has good knowledge on a particular project. This is more like a hometown hardware store, that I typically much prefer then a home improvement center that often employ people that don't know much or anything about hardware. These small hardware stores generally are more friendly, knowledgeable, professional then the big box stores. For me it's less of a drive, less of a walk and less time finding what you need.

A great store with helpful employees. They can help you find anything fast. They are still wearing masks and asking customers too also which is a little ridiculous but this place is convenient. They have a great U-haul service also.
