Finished my last payment yesterday on a car that I haven't driven in months due to the engine failing. They SOLD ME A LEMON! Had the car for a year and spent way over 2000 in repairs since I had it… Tried to trade they wouldn't let me until payments were complete, my car was as is with over 100,000 miles on it. I've got the thermostat replaced twice, a New battery, and all types of stuff within a year. Now the engine is gone. When I asked the lady yesterday do they sell bad cars she said they only change the oil and make sure the car runs NOTHING ELSE

So I bought a truck from here and every time there was a problem so me and the owner came to and agreement that if he bought parts I would pay for labor so I did get the car back after not having the car for a month of only owning it for 3 paid thousands of dollars the give me my truck back no oil in it so it can again overheat I will never go back to them they scam every car is broke trust me I’ve purchased 3 I’m done no more not even 24 hours another problem.can I get the cap back to my coolant please

I bought a car here. I really like this business and would highly recommend this dealer. I struggled a couple times on a payment they were more than willing to be patient and work with me. The car has and continues to run very well. I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion Just paid it off. I am considering buying another car from here. I have not decided fully because of different factors not because of staff. Just simply money. I am looking for a smaller down payment.If you want or are looking to buy a buy here pay here this buisnes is well worth checking out the inventory.So check them out as long as you make the payments and even though mine was weekly I just went in and made a monthly payment. I was on disability the time but he took a chance on me and I paid it off.Thanks Dixie Auto for a great buyer Experience.....

I am writing this comment because it the truth and nothing has been done. My son purchase a 2011 Buick Regal around end of Nov 22 2022. He drove this vehicle until Dec 11 2022. This is the date when the engine stop running and the oil started leaking. The final conclusion, the engine was completely gone. The owner told me to bring the vehicle back to him and he will have someone to check it out. He call me up and stated that I will have to pay $4500.00 more. I have been making my payments faithfully from the being when I purchase this vehicle. I've only put less than 125 miles on the vehicle because my job is walking distance. My question is this fair that I should continue to pay forthis vehicle. What is fair and unjust, who is honest and trying to do the right thing. If you are a true man with the heart of GOD, because God gave to you. DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sketchy. Sorry, but that was my feeling when I walked in. Two very young Sales people who didn't seem very anxious to sell cars honestly. Office space looked in disarray and not inviting and there was a strange smell. Cars on lot were of moderate to lower quality and condition. High mileage. We checked out a Ford Flex and it had not been detailed, or even cleaned, very well. Asking much higher price than comparable vehicles in the area too. We probably won't be back.

Very bad customer service also the cars look great on the outside but trust me when I say SCAM!!!!! They do not have real mechanics but they sure do have a lot of black tape that fixes everything in there eyes I guess.

Verry bad business day rig thear cars n trucks up to see n then day take it back won day after your payment is do n try charging you more n day scam people n day pocket money dat you pay tords your payment day don't put it dawn dat you make a payment very bad sells please do not bye or deal what dis car lot thear is so much more car lots then dis won I advise you please the girl Britney is nice but the other worker well mess what the vehicle before you bye it so you can pay them after u get it to fixe it
