Came out DHL a little after 9 am this morning, Nov1st to pick up an urgent packaged document from the UK. The lady with the red hair in Dayton was so nice and helpful in getting the package for me so that I didn’t have to wait until Monday, November 4th for delivery. Thank you DHL!!!

I wish I could give no stars on this. Received a text stating delivery would be between 2pm and 4pm. Delivery was attempted at 9:39am. Attempted to contact DHL and make arrangements for redelivery. When I spoke with a service representative, I was asked to provide my address and was told my zip code did not match. I told him that they apparently had the wrong zip code but was told to contact the shipper to find out what zip code they had used. I had already given them the tracking number. Horrible customer service.

Worst service ever. You cannot reach a live person to find answers. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my business and they attempted at 10:00 PM on a Friday night. Obviously we were closed so I paid someone overtime to hang out at the office after hours and even changed delivery instructions to leave package behind. The driver faked the report and never showed up to make the delivery. I only heard from DHL after I left this review asking what they could do to better their rating. How about actually delivering the package and making it easier to reach a live person for help. Not after the fact when they are trying to damage control on their reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I'd give a negative five!!! Terrible customer service. They will not transfer to someone who can actually help because apparently they don't have any type of supervisor. Cannot connect you to the company for the deliveries because they don't have a number for that! What a joke of a company! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! 10 OUT OF 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This shipping place is really very irresponsible, they gave me up for losing my package and they didn't solve anything, they just say your package was lost, they are practically irresponsible, they have lost my documents, they are not reliable, be careful

Absolutely terrible. They apparently delivered a custom made racing suit to an address that doesn’t exist, very much like their customer support!

All the required information a customer would need is clearly outlined on the website. Being organized prior to arriving definitely helps the process. Do not seal your box(es), allow the staff to check your items and be prepared to give values and descriptions for each item. And then you can repack your own box. Not sure why this location has a poor rating? I was prepared by having all my information written down for the DHL rep to use to enter into their system. It took a moment to get everything loaded into the system individually... but outside of that, too easy! The cost will be high, so be prepared for "sticker shock" but its not exactly shipping across the state... this small box is heading to the Philippines. Thanks DHL Dayton!

The absolute worst company to deal with. Had to stay home from work because I needed to hand deliver a package and was told the driver would show within a 2 hour time frame. 8 hours later and still no show. Called the company numerous times and they were rude and couldn't give me a real answer as to what was going on. Do NOT use DHL. They're truly the worst.

Make sure you require a signature for all deliveries. They will not acknowledge when they lose a package. In one of my orders, I did not receive a text, email, or delivery confirmation from DHL. I happened to be on the website I ordered from, and noticed it was marked delivered. Interesting enough, I was home that day and would have received it. Their costumer service representative attempted to double down on DHL’s mistake, even when I pointed out that the two websites showed different delivery dates, nor could they provide me with a picture of where it was delivered to. I am thinking I will be investing in a camera so I can see when a delivery is taking place.

Worst service ever. I can’t believe this company is still in business. Nobody should use DHL. They made so many mistakes just to transfer 1 package. It’s been late for days and it’s no where to be found.

Laziest company ever. I paid for delivery and they want me to pick up.Your days are numbered because people are aware of your laziness.
