Mark, the owner, is a great guy! He does wonderful work, and goes the extra step for his customers. Excellent knowledge base with computer repair & audio video. Great quality of used equipment available, and warranties them too! I love browsing his vinyl collection every time I go in. Highly recommend to anyone who whats great work done at a fair price.

Fantastic service, honest employees.
I had presumed my PC had a shot power supply, so that's what we brought it in assuming it to be. Upon inspection, there was just something wrong with one the heat management systems. They could've made another $200 by replacing the power supply anyways, but they didn't and were completely honest, and quick with repairs. It was fixed by the very next day, and missing bolts were even given free of charge! Fantastic place, will absolutely be coming back here if anything else malfunctions

Process of selling computer left much to be desired.
Update after reply: It wasn't the value it was the run around and general attitude. Which is evident by the assumption it was about the value. I have experience in the industry and I also know what good customer service looks like.

Stopped by to have them look at my laptop keyboard. The price to fix was probably going to exceed the value of the laptop so I declined the service. They were helpful and told me how to do a few checks on my own and one of those fixed the issue. Would 100% use them in the future!!

Called and brought my laptop in for cleaning and repairs and even with my small budget the owner fixed my laptop to near perfect standards all within the same day!! The absolute best service I could've ever expected, was very kind and let me know exactly what he was going to do/what he believed could be the issues and upon picking it back up let me know exactly what he did and even gave me a free item since one of the things I wanted repaired wasn't within my budget! Very very thankful I chose this shop to take my computer to, 100% if you're looking for a trustworthy computer repair man definitely shoot to come here first!
