Both automatic bays were out of service, so I went to the manual wash bay. It took my $3.00 and wouldn't start. Come to find out, there was $48 on that machine where people had out their money in and didn't get any service. I didn't try the vacuums, but the entire spot is run down and needs to be upgraded or out of business.

Absolutely awful place to get your car washed none of the machines work the manual wash was shooting out wax when it was supposed to be rinsing my car off but that was the least of my problems they charged my card three separate times for $25 I tried to get something out of their vending machines that took my money it was an awful experience they need to close this place down I can only imagine how much money they take from people can't wait till Monday so I can call them and try to get my money back SMH ought to be a real fun time since it's all automated and can never talk to a person go figure got a business like this you should shut it down Gunner

Sunday, nice day to wash my car cleaned it out put money in vacuum… takes money didn’t come on , moved to another vacuum, insert money , powers on but doesn’t work !! Need to service the vacuums at this location , I hate getting my money taken no matter if it’s 3$ if 300$ , it’s all the same principle!!

Credit card readers are always broken. Change machine is broken. Make sure to bring a lot of quarters if going. Washing apparatus is fine.

It’s like the fifth time I’ve given this place a chance and the self serve is definitely just completely neglected by the owner. I’ve been to super washes in other places that are better but the one on Smithville and the other one on Woodman are garbage. I don’t even know where to start except for the fact the sprayers didn’t even have SOAP. lol. Get it together and I’ll remove my one star because I don’t like to even do it but someone needs to tell you this place is trash compared to your other ones.

Vacuum Machines didn't work. I tried bith sides of one but it kept eating up my quarters. I tried to call but the owner, Mark, was not here. I called the Woodman location and got an answer. They told me that Mark usually gets here 9:45-10:00. I got here 9:30 this morning. I have been waiting here for 45 minutes for Mark to show up. I have a feeling he wont show up at all. I saw other reviews of broken vacuums so I'm sure the owner is aware and is just letting people waste their money. I lost money here and I advise that you avoid going to this place. As of posting this it is 10:13 and I've been waiting since 9:36.
edit- also I put hand written out of order notes on the machines my self wirh scrap paper in my car because I dont want more people to get fooled by this "car wash"

Don’t use any of their locations. The card readers don’t work and they just take your money. Terrible experience.

I think all super washes are just money grabs half of the bags nozzles either don’t work or have no pressure but they don’t disable the card reader or anything so they can get their “minimum $2.75”. It’s a rip off I would just avoid this location and drive a couple minutes extra somewhere else

Machine took my money. Both of the vacuums didn't work and then when I went to go get one of those Armor wipes for a dollar it didn't come out. Next time I'll go somewhere else.
