  Office was wonderful when Mark and Bob were in charge/owned it. After ownership changed things went down hill. Everything done as cheap as possible including hiring the cheapest laziest cleaning crew. At one point books and shoes were stolen out of my office. Caught on camera and nothing was done. Not reimbursed just a report taken. Don’t have reliable front desk staff often times each business is manning it themselves to keep up the presentation. Avoid it. There are better options in Dayton specifically downtown Dayton.

  The absolute BEST shared office space not only in Dayton, but anywhere I have ever worked in (and I have worked in a lot)! Bob, Jamal, Mary and Mark are EXTREMELY accommodating, professional, and treat our daily applicants wonderfully. My company (LGC Hospitality) has worked out of this office for 2 years, and has expanded into more offices. We will ALWAYS stay because of the amazing accommodations and location. Would give more stars if I could!
