Edie Volz was amazing and helped me out with an amazing auto refinance deal, while opening a checking/savings account. Can't recommend her or the credit union enough! Definitely looking forward to using them more in the future for our banking and loan needs.

Mindy the lady I talked to was extremely rude she left me a rude message on my phone not sure if she is having a bad day but either way you don't talk to people that way. I have been on auto pay for years and the young lady I talked to before good ol Mindy said they did an update on there pay portal...just warning to everyone on auto pay.......CHECK YOUR AUTO PAY SET UP....I didn't get a notice that it didn't pay..the new upgrade canceled my auto pay and put me 16 days late.Then you expect me to pay the late fee...

I have been a member for over 30+ years, but here recently I have had multiple security problems! The company Day Met is using for fraudulent activities are absolutely horrible! Six times within the last year +, my account has been placed on hold. I can't get any information from Day Met, but am told to contact their fraud division. When I do so, I am asked to verify the purchases on my account, which are not listed on my statement. They then give me a phone number to call to verify if I authorized that payment. When I contact the business, which is usually a lettered account example: "ABCDE.com" etc. The only information that I'm given is a date, and amount $ charged, then the merchant will ask me what was the item/product/service/etc ID # ??? Which I have no reply to, AND NEITHER Does Day Met CU or this stupid quote: "Fraud Dept"! The merchant says without any ID# or Item /Product/ Service/ Descriptio, they can't help me ??? WTH ??? So I proceed to ask the "Fraud Dept." is there a way we could add a PIN number to All My Purchases (that only I know), and without it, all payments will be automatically declined? I am told that they can't do this. Their solution is to simply shut down that account. Then it takes them an entire month or more, to get a new debit card to me, and then it won't activate, I have to make numerous phone call to this so called Fraud Division, and in the meantime all my automatic payments are declined, and now I have double payments due, plus multiple other charges for lack of funds! Day Met CU This is BS! So Tired of This 6 times in less than 1+ years. And I have also received different answers when I ask what the Name of the "Fraud Division Name Is" it has been said to me that it is Master Card Services, Fraud Dept for Financial Institution, Day Met CU Security System, ETC... It's like they don't want their customers to know who they are??? The last one, I found out said they were ... "PSCU" (Payment Systems for Credit Unions") and I was speaking to a lady in the Philippine. And Whoever or Whatever they are, they should just be call INEP, UNWORTHY, and TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!! I have asked around at other Banks and CU, if they use this Company, and or has customers that had repeated problems to such an extent??? And was told ..."NO"... they had not heard an Institution having a customer with so many problems! I think I might find an attorney to help me figure out why this is happening not only to me, but possibly hundreds or thousands of other DayMet customers like me. WAKE-UP DayMet and get this worked out!!! Fire that so called FRAUD SERVICES ASAP!!! TERRIBLE TREATMENT TO YOUR MEMBERS!!! According to CU Info. DayMet is run for and by it's Members? FIX THIS!!! Go Back to whoever was in charge of fraud/security services say before 2018 or so, when DayMet CU was a Magnificent Company!!!

I went to DayMet credit union on Wagner Ford in Dayton, Ohio. I needed a loan for a new car. I worked with loan specialist, Edie Volz. Edie was wonderful. She knows her stuff and if there is a way, she will find it. Her expertise is phenomenal. Edie got a loan for me with a great interest rate. She made the process so easy. I am so grateful I was able to have Edie as my loan representative. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. DayMet truly is the best.

If you need a loan, please stop in and see Maddie she is great, I set up a pre approval so I could prepare for the everlasting search to find the right Truck. I was able to send her Vin numbers to diffrent trucks and she pulled up carfax reports and let me know if it was a good purchase or not. Great costomer service. Mid day on a Friday BOOM I found it! I was a mad rush to make the purchase, you know great finds never last long, she was quick to get everything I needed to get the truck I wanted at a price I could afford! Thank you so much can't wait to drive home tommarro in my new truck! Thanks again Maddie!

Maddie was amazing. Her office was so warm and welcoming and she gave me the confidence in me finances that other credit unions failed in. I can't wait to keep this working relationship with my new favorite credit union rep!!
