They could save themselves SO much trouble if they would just hire enough people to do the work needed,but our air tank delivery person is the best, very polite & helpfull, the ONLY person who has explained our equipment & how to use it ,we so hope they keep him.

Sent me wrong supplies but by the time I needed them and opened the box, it was too late to return. I then requested supplies in December 2023 (my insurance deductible had been met) and they did not process until January so that was new insurance year and out of my pocket. Finally, I ordered supplies in July, they told me they received in August but processed in September. I retired in August and they attempted to process with my old insurance company. When I spoke with them, they said date of service was September and wanted my new insurance company information. Date of service was July and seemed very unethical at the least to charge new insurance company.

Dasco is nearly impossible to deal with extremely long wait times on phone calls. Finally received the bed after a week of phone calls. It was a pos. Trying to get them to come and pick it up is just as aggravating as it was getting it.
On hold for 35 mins each time i call...Phone calls go to voicemail which go unanswered. Can't call the driver back directly. Pick up time has been postponed for 2 1/2 weeks now.
Already a stressful situation concerning health issues this unpleasant experience just makes it more stressful.

I received 5 nose pillows in the size of M. Just to big for my nose, so I called in to return & get the S ones. She said she would send them right out & I did get them. I had to take the 5 M to store close to my home. It was very close. Simple as that!

I am on oxygen and my concentrator suddenly died so I called Dasco who was my DME provider. In just a couple hours they sent a technician over to check it out and she found it was indeed not fixable and replaced it on the spot. While she was here, she also explained why I should not splice green tubing (which of course I had done in the past) and helped me set up my CPAP unit to work with the new unit. Her name is Shelbie and she is a true asset to Dasco! Thank you so much!

Very bad experience with Dasco. Tried to get in clinic to get fitted with proper mask & use for new cpap user. After 2 months of the run around and waiting for them to get me an appt and begging to get in somewhere, I'm just giving up!

Sent me replacement supplies without authorization.
Took almost two months to get the machine to my doctor.
Not sure what other CPAP supplier experiences are like but as a first time user of a CPAP machine I’ve found this experience to be fragmented and confusing.
Edit July 2024: they are sending me yet another order of supplies I NEVER ORDERED.

Shelbie was super nice, sweet and compassionate. Was super comfortable being around her. She helped set up the oxygen for me and made it really easy to learn and understand.

I just have to say that Nick R. was just a delight to work with. He was knowledgable, friendly courteous..cudos to Nick. My first time doing this and that initial 3 star rating was sent by mistake. Please disregard that one.

I cancelled service over a month ago and they still have not picked up our equipment. They scheduled 4 Thursdays in a row today being the 4th. I would like to have this equipment picked up ASAP.... They say they are having a driver shortage but a month long... I understand about employee shortage but it seems like we are not important enough....
