We contacted Dailey's to install a small (5'x14') stone patio and a the border for small planter at the end of the patio. After a visit to our house in October, we were given a very reasonable price estimate and an anticipated completion date of early December. It is now the following May and the work has not been completed. The communication from Dailey's has been somewhere between reluctant and non-existent. We would frequently reach out to them to ask for updates and anticipated completion dates, and would *sometimes* receive a reply.Three separate times, we were given a specific date for the completion of the work. The first time was in early December. They didn't show up on the promised date, then didn't respond to text messages for over a week. After that, they went radio silent again for almost a month, before setting a second specific date. On that date, we actually received a text message promising that we were their next stop after they finished up at their current job. They never showed up, and didn't respond to our attempts to contact them for another three weeks. At this point, we begged them to communicate with us more clearly. We're reasonable people, and we understand that weather delays are a thing. But completely ghosting your customers for weeks at a time is not acceptable. At this point, we were once again promised a specific date. They did not show up on that date, and did not respond to any attempts to contact them.Save your time, energy, and money. Pick a different company. From my experience, the only thing Dailey's Lawn Landscaping excels at is ghosting its customers.Service: Landscape installations

Used Dailey's for mulching and a new backyard design, including removal of large pine stumps. Did a great job of designing, modifying, and installing.

I was doing yard work in my front yard when a truck pulled up and a guy got out. He said he was from dean's and the side of the truck said dean's and there was a phone #. He began to tell me how he would finish what I was doing if I paid him cash right then. I said no thanks and grabbed my phone and checked the phone #. It said the phone # belonged Dailey"s landscaping. I asked the guy about it and he said they were the same company. He began getting loud when I told him again that I wasn't interested. I had to ask him to leave. He was using foul language and gestures. I told him I was calling the company. He told me to go ahead. When I called I found out they are the same company and he was boss.
