I went there tonight to pick up my prescription and saw that the drive thru was closed for construction so I just went inside, no big deal.
There was a customer who was being extremely obnoxious and yelling at the workers. I can't even imagine the kind of people they have to deal with. I felt so bad for them. I ended up leaving because I didn't realize that they were about to close. All of the times I've picked up my stuff here, everyone has been so nice! These people are working hard to put together all these prescriptions - it's not that hard to at least be respectful.

Most of my prescriptions are mail order however, some prescriptions I get from this pharmacy. I was told on Saturday my medication was out of stock and they would not switch it out for a different medication, they would order it and have it on Monday. I called Monday to confirm the correct medication was now in stock, I was told it was and was ready for pick up. I arrive and it is not the same medication. The pharmacy manager then tells me the correct medication did not come in as it was supposed to and instead of telling me that they just gave me the other medication hoping I would be none the wiser. I now have to go to the CVS in Beavercreek after waiting far too long for my prescription to be transferred and hope that Beavercreek is a more honest location. Didn’t even get an apology from the Pharmacist. Terrible way to treat patients.

Had to go see the Dr and the Dr said she sent my prescription over when I say I live far from the pharmacy already got there and nobody was in the waiting area I walk up and the lady said their closed at 1pm I said closed she said come back at 2pm it isn't ready first of all it's not made all she had to do is put in a bag and another man came behind me he was upset also to have drive all the way back that's gas ⛽ and very rude just so they can take lunch why would you want someone to come all the way back when you know they don't live around the corner and they have attitudes it's not the customer fault their backed up cause they closed all the pharmacies up I'm outraged I left with no meds I was tired 😩 and needed it for pain but I just was so frustrated I left and decided to have someone else get it for me I don't even want to look at them at this point

This CVS is a great place to shop. They are kind and friendly and will help you with what ever you need.

I'm sitting in my car waiting for 10 am to get here as the store is not opened yet even tho the sign reads opening at 9am. I'll be moving my meds and doing my business elsewhere

Dr. Sent in prescription on Wednesday. Came to pick up Friday only to learn the medication is out of stock and needed to be ordered. No notification on it not being ready. Then I call and spoke with Emily in pharmacy she had 0 concern about my issue and pretty much talked over me while I was trying to talk. I will be contacting corporate because the inconvenience and the rudeness was unnecessary!

This CVS is one of my favorite locations. I appreciate the longer hours, usually have more items in stock and the staff is very patient and helpful if a problem arises

How is this CVS still in Business? I can't even get a $300 Money gram order. Terrible establishment, tear it down and save the time and tax dollars.

I've shopped at CVS for years. When I need item's I Shop around. As anyone knows some places will not have what you need, want do shop around. CVS on north Main street in Dayton, Ohio is a well stocked store. CVS on north Main street is in a convinent location.
