This location was wonderful when I was getting my Covid booster- since then, less than zero customer service. Waiting twenty minutes on hold and no one will pick up the phone. If you want your prescriptions and medical questions ignored, this is the place to go.

Today was my second day in a row having an appointment for COVID booster at CVS PHARMACY in Target. I show up for the second day in a row and the Pharmacist says for the second day in a row, "it will be at least 45 minutes as everyone else canceled so I thought you may cancel as well. All the vaccines are refrigerated, so I will have to unthaw vaccines so please take a seat."WHY do I have to be late for my 5:00 P.M. appointment becasue of "EVERYONE ELSES" lack of responsibility in canceling appointments. I will be turning in her license to the Ohio Pharmacy Board.

Helpful staff, the management is usually friendly and they will almost always ask how your day is going, giving it that real nice customer-employee relationship. Only complaint is in the pharmaceutical section, their staff there needs a bit of an attitude adjustment, as a few of them tend to be... snappy. But honestly other than that, they're pretty good.

Normally I don't have any issues, the girls are usually very nice and prompt. However, my last visit on 07/17/18 was not great. I didn't recognize the man working that night, his name was Chris. At first he seemed very nice but when there was an issue with my prescription he suddenly got very short and impatient with me. He was the only one there that night and there were a few people in line so I assume he was just stressed out but he infirmary me that my insurance had been cancelled which I knew could not be correct. He said he would call about it but that he “didn't have time right now, there are three people in line.†Normally that wouldn't bother me but it was the way he said it and the over all attitude he was giving me. I then took it upon myself to call my insurance carrier to see what was wrong and I was advised by two representatives, one with anthem and one with CVS Caremark that my insurance was fine and there should be no problems with processing my prescription. Whilst on home with CVS/Caremark, the lady I was speaking with called the pharmacy while I sat on hold on the bench near the pharmacy. I sat there for a good ten minutes, there was no one in line and the pharmacist ignored the phone call that the representative I was on hold with attempted to call him and let him know there should be no issues. Eventually he answered and I stood up and I could see him rolling his eyes and whispering “Oh my god†under his breath at the nice lady who was helping me. When she came back on to me she said that he sounded like he wasn't in a good mood and was stressed out and she wasn't sure if he would be able to assist me. When it was my turn again, I stepped up to the counter and he acted like nothing out of the ordinary had just transpired between him and the other CVS rep on the phone and tried to make jokes with me. Now, I am not going to let this ruin the way I feel about this location because the other girls are fantastic, I just felt like this pharmacist in particular was not very customer service oriented and didn't want to be there.

They've been my main Rx for a few years now. They do a great job taking care of my family's prescriptions! Friendly, and try to meet all the needs you express. Much better than the Kroger on Whipp Road where I had been going for several years.
