Don't go to this cvs if you're looking for service. The operations manager will look at you like your stupid then just ignore you while she goes back to texting on her phone. I guess she's to busy texting to be bothered.

I had changed pharmacies to Meijer (love them) but somehow my PCP sent my prescriptions to this CVS. There's a reason I switched from them. The pharmacy tech who "helped" me was the most apathetic, sullen employee that I have dealt with in a long time. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by just being there. I'll be having a discussion with my doctor's office to make sure they send my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy from now on.

There was a pharmacist that worked here that would pilfer pain meds from your prescription. I asked to count them the next time I went in...I did...5 short...he became loud and abusive. I have not used a CVS since this incident. The whole chain can close for all I care. I sincerely hope that pharmacist got caught and prosecuted.

Worst pharmacy ever. They are selling diabetic meds to fatties with money. They are not prioritizing those with diabetes. Yet, dictate when they want to fill certain scripts. Hypocrites and hurting the health of diabetics, Disgusting. Worse, they scolded me for complaining about being out of a med I need to live for disrespecting lards who have no medical reason, but fatties and lazy!!!! I hate this CVS, but I am poor and forced to use this store.
Even worse store now that they have made it impossible to get medications. Changing store asap. The new pharmacist and entire staff are very anti semitic.

Went to pick up prescriptions and was told over the phone they close at 9pm. Got there at 8pm and they were closed. When asking the male worker about the pharmacy hours he got very rude and told me I'm not going to argue with them about the hours when I questioned what I was told. Then he walked away from me when I asked for his name and also the manager so I could call to report his behavior. Then started talking to a customer about me. I tried to make a purchase and he refused to help me and said to use self checkout. Will never come back to this location. You need some customer service training!

The Pharmacy is god-awful. I’ve lost count of the number of times they’ve failed to give me all my medications when I do a pick-up.One medication that I am on causes problems if suddenly stopped. The doctor sent the prescription in seven days ago. I went last night to pick up my meds. It wasn’t included. I called them at nine this morning and they said they’d have it ready by noon. I was supposed to take it this morning. At noon, I called to see if it was ready for pick-up. They said they were out of the medication. Then, I got a pharmacist on line and she said there was a problem with the prescription (seven days after they got it and after I ran out!!). I’d warn my worst enemy not to go here.

I have used this store for decades and trusted the now retired pharmacist. The new pharmacists have been terrific too. I have no issues with any of the staff!

I just got out of surgery today. My medication was called in at 8:45 am I also spoke with the pharmacist named Kingston and he said my prescription would be ready by noonI showed up the first customer after lunch. Not ready so I went in walking on my fresh cast.I asked the clerk named Kirsten how long it would be and she acted like she didn't hear me.... cricketsSo I asked Kingston the pharmacist and he said GO SIT DOWN!!I tried asking him questions and he refused to speak to me as well. I thought middle school was over but he gave me the silent treatment. That seems to be a trend around there?I felt so devastated and degraded horrible place stay far away my friends!!

Horrible pharmacy staff at this location!! Called to schedule a convenient time to pick up and was told the wrong date, when they were closed. Called very next morning to rectify the situation and was met with resistance, lack of concern, and rudely interrupted. When I picked up everyone there was callous with no empathy.

Everybody's right this is the worst pharmacy. It takes some days to fill your prescription. The pharmacy doesn't open up at 9:00 they open up when they feel like it. All the employees are rude it's just been so frustrating I ended up transferring my prescriptions I would rather drive farther and know my prescriptions will be filled when I asked then wait for three or four days for this one

Went to the emergency in the morning. The hospital gave me three shots two prescriptions to for pain I go to CVS on Wilmington avenue pharmacy is closed. So I couldn'tpick up my pain medicine I called the manager and ask why were they close how am I supposed to pick up my prescriptions the lady said there's nothing she can do about it and hung up on me so I guess I'm just s*** out of luck till tomorrow either that or go back to the emergency I guess that's what you get when you use CVS pharmacy on Wilmington ave horrible service
