I'm new to this CVS location. It's really nice, wonderful I'd even say. Home town friendly and the pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly. They have obviously good relationships with each other, the chatter and banter is cool beans !

In December of 2024, I was given the wrong dose of medication at this location. (25mg instead of 50mg.) It was a new medication to me, and I did not realize the error until I picked up a refill. It's a good thing it was at least the right medicine, but the incorrect dosage delayed improvement in my blood pressure. Mistakes happen. I reported it and moved on, and used this pharmacy a couple of times since. The workers (especially Sho) are generally friendly, and the location is convenient.
Aaaaanyway. Today, March 21st of 2025, my sister was given the complete WRONG medication altogether. They filled a blood pressure medication with an antibiotic, and even labeled it as blood pressure medication! I had made reports to the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and CVS corporate back in December regarding my own incident, but clearly they can't get their act together and need a new round of reports for their negligence (which my sister will soon supply to them). I gave them the benefit of the doubt before, but after this, I will NEVER trust this pharmacy again. I would choose to forego CVS altogether, but my insurance requires we use them for whatever BS reason. DO NOT USE CVS WILMINGTON. They literally might kill you, or at the very least greatly inconvenience you with the wrong medications. If it happened to me and then my sister within four months of one another, it has certainly happened to others. Seriously, how often are they butchering prescriptions?! STAY AWAY!

Can't get anyone on the phone and they don't call you back after leaving a voicemail.

I am in the store to get a prescription and needed to use the restroom and was told they don't have public restrooms. I have used their restrooms in the past. I have an ileostomy and sometimes need to empty my pouch and at times it might be an emergency and to be denied access isn't a good thing.

I have had good experiences with your Assistant Manager helping me with finding products that I don't know where they are.

The 60 ish red and green haired lady might be the rudest and most unkept person in Dayton. Extremely rude and had no clue how to do a money gram. She tried to give a money order for a money gram claiming there's not 100$ in the store. She looked like she was high as a kite and barely getting thru her shift. I asked her several times if she could help me and she stared into space. She gave the person in front of me the wrong change and laughed while chewing her food. Just a nasty person

Don't go to this cvs if you're looking for service. The operations manager will look at you like your stupid then just ignore you while she goes back to texting on her phone. I guess she's to busy texting to be bothered.

I had changed pharmacies to Meijer (love them) but somehow my PCP sent my prescriptions to this CVS. There's a reason I switched from them. The pharmacy tech who "helped" me was the most apathetic, sullen employee that I have dealt with in a long time. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by just being there. I'll be having a discussion with my doctor's office to make sure they send my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy from now on.

There was a pharmacist that worked here that would pilfer pain meds from your prescription. I asked to count them the next time I went in...I did...5 short...he became loud and abusive. I have not used a CVS since this incident. The whole chain can close for all I care. I sincerely hope that pharmacist got caught and prosecuted.

Worst pharmacy ever. They are selling diabetic meds to fatties with money. They are not prioritizing those with diabetes. Yet, dictate when they want to fill certain scripts. Hypocrites and hurting the health of diabetics, Disgusting. Worse, they scolded me for complaining about being out of a med I need to live for disrespecting lards who have no medical reason, but fatties and lazy!!!! I hate this CVS, but I am poor and forced to use this store.
Even worse store now that they have made it impossible to get medications. Changing store asap. The new pharmacist and entire staff are very anti semitic.
