My visit was magnificent, there were a variety of sales opportunities and I took advantage of them all. I spent more than I wanted to but the visit was worth the money!

Anyone who doesn't think this cvs is the greatest pharmacy around, hasn't dealt with Kroger and Walgreens too often. I have never in my life filled scripts so quickly and easily. I switched about 5 years ago to this location in Westown when i moved to Westwood because how close it was and convenient with the bus hub next door. Everything my family needed was called in there and now still even after moving a good distance from there. Ill still make that trip just to know I'm getting in and out with meds and no drama. Even long lines don't take them long to clear. They stopped and immediately filled scripts when I've shown up cause the auto system said it was ready and they actually weren't. The automated system makes those based off how long they expect it to take based off total orders in the cue- not other real in-store questions, vaccines, payment issues etc. I Vivian is wonderful as is everyone back there!Kroger always worked so haalrd to not give my meds like it was directly their job to do so.

My rating is based off the texting service not being in sync with the pharmacy. The staff I feel do their very best, are friendly and the store looks great.....You hate to complain when the Westside of Dayton is already scarce of businesses that's needed for everyday life. However, as a consumer we have already had to adjust to the changes at the pharmacy. The option of text was a pleasant addition to inform you when your prescription was ready for pickup. However when you receive the text your prescription is available for pickup and further stating how many days you have left to pick up your order, only to take your break early from work Can't go before, because there closed ..rush to the pharmacy, only to be told it's not ready and if you want to wait 15 min. Please fix this.

NEVER PAY FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS ONLINE. I certainly never will again. I called here to verify my daughter's prescriptions was ready before I even went. I got there they said they had put the prescriptions back because they had been there since the 18th which was wrong because when the doctor sent them CVS sent me a link and they never filled them. I pressed the option that said " if you want the prescriptions filled sooner" after I pressed that which was several days later, they filled 1 of them the other one was out of stock, and they had to order it. I waited for them both to be ready so I can make one trip. I paid for them on 10/26 but I thought I paid for delivery which was an additional 4.99 but after looking at the totals I had only paid for the prescriptions. To sum it all I called only to get there, and they had put them back and then tried to say they was not paid for. Not to mention they pretended like there was no man I could've talked to, and he was right there in the back. They had to call the store manager and he FINALLY after me showing them the CVS receipt (which per them does not matter because it did not come from them) plus I showed them my bank account before he FINALLY ran it through and gave me the medication. I will never have anything filled at this CVS location and I will NEVER pay for them online for anything from this pharmacy. Why Offer a service if it does not work properly? They were acting like I was trying to steal the medicine which was just two creams for my daughter that only totaled 17.00 what in the world would I gain lying about paying 17.00. Also, THEY KEPT SAYING THE PRESCRIPTIONS HAD BEEN READY FOR 2 WEEKS SINCE THE 18TH. The 18th was just last week plus they sent text messages that told you how long they were still holding them for so then why were they put back? Never again

This pharmacy has nice people working here but they never answer the phone. This is a big minus for me. They also are always out of stock with things. This has happened to me a few times

These people never answer the phone. I'm not sure if it's on purpose because of laziness or they just have defected phones because when you go in they are never busy. Last call I waited 40mins before I hung up. That's just ridiculous

I was in line after a man who was waiting in front of me. The cashier (Kelli, or Tonya as it says on my receipt) said "You can't just use that?" Pointing to a self-checkout machine. The man said he didn't notice it. When Kelli looped around to the register she said "Yes sir" in a strange way. Like "yessir" like she was a gangster or something. IDK if she was trying to flirt with this man or something but she is an awful person and the store would be better off without her.

Me and my girlfriend got our vaccine shots at this CVS. I wanted to take a moment to just tell you about the lady who gave us our shots as I asked her a few questions and melted in admiration for her. She's been doing this since early January. She's vaccinating people 7 days a week, 5 days at an inner city clinic, and two days at CVS. She had her first day off in 2021 last week. She told me she planned on continuing 7 days a week as long as she could and people were no longer dying. She thanked me many times over for getting vaccinated and I just could NOT take the compliment for merely getting a shot. She's a hero and the world only continues to go around because of people like her picking up the slack for those who just can't, won't, and don't do their part. Celebrate people like this and be sure you're helping and celebrating them but also doing your part (and hopefully more) across the gamut of troubling things we have to overcome together. Thank you very much for all you do.
