Take the second entrance on the right side to set up your trailer.Check in by the door next to the on-ramp on the building they direct you to a door number, then once their done loading, you walk inside for your paper work they took maybe a little over an hour to load my trailer not bad.

Supervisors don't care, they walk around in groups. They "don't" want you to use the restroom while working. Stay away from this ugly place. Full of undocumented people.

I feel like they profile people based off their ethnicity nd race I recently had a very bad experience here I worked here for 5 days it was goin smooth until I got a phone call abt me being released I had no idea what was going on so when my boss called me nd told me I was very confused because I know I didn’t do anything but went to the bathroom my stomach was hurting all day so when I got back the supervisor “Cristen” yelled nd told me to go home now I understood her frustration because I was in there for 20 mins I didn’t even have my phone but like I explained to her I can’t control my body nd another thing I said was I didn’t respect the way that she had come at me because would if somebody had been hurt in my family or something you can’t just yell at people because your supervisor nd your frustrated on 3rd shift. So after that I asked if we could speak later she was nice nd said yea sure after we spoke everything was cool then I wake up to a phone call saying they let me go because of my attitude CRISTEN infact was the one with the attitude she was very rude nd even her staff said she’s a nice person but she has an attitude problem I wouldn’t recommend this job for no one I feel like because I’m different they came for me

Crown is a great place to work. I have been working here for over 7 years and upper management cares about their employees and tries to take care of them. They offer medical, dental, vision, short-term, long-term disability, profit-sharing (after 1 year), 401 K (after 1 year), holiday pay and PTO. Crown tends to promote from within. So as long as you have a good work ethic and great attendance you can move your way up the organization. One of the best perks Crown offers is that everyone gets 30 minute paid lunch and get one 10 minute break in an 8-hour shift.

Plant on woodman has horrible supervisors...one likes to be known as "Hitler"(Dianne). They keep temps who take off left and right, who show up drunk, but not ones that actually work.
