They never answered there phone and it’s sooooo annoying! I literally called them 10 times and no answer..!? the cricket store on linden has no good customer service for not answering there phone.

I had the worst experience at a store on Wilmington in Dayton Ohio yesterday she was very unhelpful didn't really know any of the prices of anything had to look at the wall to tell me the price of something and and as I asked her about my insurance on my Cricket dream5 she gave me a pamphlet and told me to call the company that she couldn't help me with that but never offered the show me a new phone that I might buy or never offered to show anything for that fact and she is not a professional person to have in there working because she really knew nothing about the company or its prices or nothing about the phones couldn't tell me anything about the phones how they work how much they were I'm very disappointed

I went to the Cricket store on Linden avenue and the customer service was amazing. The store rep helped me get all my contacts and pics from my google account EVEN WITHOUT MY OLD PHONE. Perfect.

do not do yourself a disservice of going to the store. Rather take your business to the location on Wilmington Pike across from Meijer and ask for Tocquoia. She is patient and kind and answers every question. I called this location on Linden Avenue with a question regarding my plan and if they were still our friend an extra 10 GB a month because of the pandemic. the guy on the phone became incredibly impatient then cut me off did not let me ask my question and told me to call customer service for technical support. Since when is a rate plan and coverage technical support. I said so you didn't even let me ask my question and he said I have a customer in front of me you're just going to call 611because they are the ones that handle technical questions. so I called the store on Wilmington Pike and got a hold of the lovely lady and she was able to do something this man cannot which is called multitasking. if this guy is going to treat me like this on the phone I cannot fathom how he would treat me if I saw him in person in the store.

Darweesh was very helpful.
