I bought a phone from another location and they did not help me with transferring or getting me a case and setting up my phone. I came in and the young lady was so helpful and got me right. If you need a new phone this is the spot if you want to be set up right

Not very attentive to customers. They have a vape store connected to them. Just leave you standing there while they help customers in that store....not very friendly either

Mike is very helpful and professional he fixed my phone problem in 1 minute plus cricket service is the best....I didn't leave this review. The fellow at the desk must have done this when he was updating my phone. He got it working, but now I wonder what else he did.
