Compunet must not care about their reviews being almost every review has comments about Jasmine the receptionist being rude. Management should read their reviews to see how their place of businness is running. I personally went there & left because the receptionist was so rude . Poor management/ poor service. There should be write ups for her(receptionists) actions! Jasmine, if you dislike your job that bad, go somewhere you can smile! EVERYONE HAS BAD DAYS BUT THIS IS JUST ONE HATEFUL PERSON; Managrment; DO YOUR JOB! I go to Lab Corp now

In the past Compunet has been great. This is my second visit in a week for fasting bloodwork because they didn't do the full bloodwork requested by my doctor even after telling them it's supposed to be a full workup. Jazmine at the front desk was rude both visits. Thought last time maybe having a bad day. Nope, just a hateful person. Wait was an hour and a half.

Agree with other reviews the woman at the receptionist check-in isn't friendly. At all. But Sammi that drew the blood was excellent! She was friendly and painless draw. So a zero star for receptionist and 5 star for Sammi.

The girl at the front desk, Jasmine, was unpleasant and grumpy with the elderly people who had trouble signing in on the iPad. She was clearly bothered by having to help them and was very snippy when talking to them.Signing in on the iPad is not easy for older people. The man in front of me needed help getting his information in. The iPad is very low on the wall so he had to bend over for a long time and there is nothing to hold onto. The man behind me couldn't read it because it was so low on the wall. Jasmine helped these two men, but wasn't pleasant about it.

Lady checking in patients is not very pleasant. I know it was busy, but it is a medical establishment, and the front staff should be able to adapt. There's always time for a quick hello. The rest of the staff was very kind and efficient.

CompuNet found a cancerous condition that was missed by a competitor. I used the competitive lab as a "second opinion" and the test was clean. Now after 4 more cycles of positive tests with prossively more indicative readings, my physician has concluded that Compunet was certainly correct.Both labs had efficient intake processes and friendly phlebotomist but CompuNet's number of convenient locations in the Dayton area cannot be beat either.

They’re very professional yet personable. My veins aren’t always cooperative with blood draws, but everyone there keeps their cool and are very gentle. Most recently, Acacia was my phlebotomist and was the best I’ve ever experienced. Her demeanor was calm and friendly and she was incredibly skillful. I barely felt a thing and I had virtually no bruising because of the care she took to be gentle and the advice she gave to minimize the bruising.

They were having a bad day. Had to contend with lunch breaks at 3 in the afternoon and everyone helping with one patient because of her small veins.35 minutes waiting. We were all shaking our heads up on leaving our tern. I'm sure they will have better days
