HORRIBLE PLACE!!First, when we checked in it looked like a frat party in the lobby lounge and crazy kids running and climbing on stuff.We asked if they could put some ice packs in the freezer for us. Need to keep medication cold on the road trip. They let my daughter go back and put them in the freezer herself...same freezer they had food for the breakfast in. I get the manager put them in there but they should not be letting guess into that freezer.Next the room was FILTHY. Had to ask for clean bed sheets for one of the beds. The shower curtain was moldy. There was dirt and a foot print on one of the pillowsLeft at 3 in the morning due to people running in the halls. Will never stop there again

The pool was closed, the breakfast was lame, and the shower had no water pressure at all. For what they charge, you'd expect more.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The front desk girl was beyond rude. I booked a room 2 weeks prior for my daughter and her friends to swim for her birthday. Mind u before I booked I called to be sure their pool was open they confirmed it was. So I booked then upon me checking in I see on their desk the pool is closed. I ask instead of checking in can I just be refunded. She then told me it was only closed because customers prior complained it was too cold. Then stated if I wanted to check the temperature myself she would open it for us I agreed and checked in. I had two parents drop their kids off and the parents left. It was then 3 adults and 5 kids. One adult was leaving after we swam. Within 2 hours of us checking in I went to the front desk to ask to check the temp of the pool she then told me I cannot use the pool because I cannot “bring the whole Dayton” to the hotel and that we would have to pay $10 extra to swim. I paid for my room and upon booking I paid for a $150 deposit. She was very nasty and rude I did not approach her in no angry or hostile manner. I then explained that one adult will be leaving she yelled at me and said she will not let us in the pool without paying the extra $10. I then asked for a refund and to speak to management and her exact words were “ if you don’t believe what the front desk worker is explaining to you then you can’t speak to management!” she then gave me a receipt of the room which was $115 no receipt for the deposit I just paid (with my card) so I went upstairs gathered my things and checked out, turned my keys in and left.

Very typical 3 star hotel. Rooms are modest, but comfortable. But the staff was very friendly.Food & drinks: Breakfast is complete. Eggs, waffles, sausage, ham and bacon. Also, pastries, yogurt, fruit coffee, tea and juice. The young woman working in the breakfast area was friendly and helpful.

Located off I-70 and Ste Rt 48, across from the shopping area with resturants nearby, a perfect location between Dayton, Vandalia, Greenville, Write Patt AFB. The hotel suffers from what I will call "India ownership". This one is not so bad but it has only been managed a few years, but it is in a state of decline. The pool was closed, housekeeping and standards appear to be those of people living without dirt floors for the first time. The breakfast was great by Comfort Inn standards, and the staff was friendly. The problems are simply a lack of oversight by corporate enforcing basic expectations of travelers. I do hope Comfort Inn Corporate gets a handle on these new owners and managerment, because it is shame that such a previously wonderful hotel has fallen off in 18 months.

Overall good experience! front desk staff very helpful presentable! They have all answers for all your questions! We stayed two nights it was very quiet, rooms was very comfortable! We liked lobby so clean and neat! Wil be back when will be in town !Thank you for your service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
