When I went here for the first time, I was impressed by the staff and their quick scheduling. So much so, that I was willing to overlook the incredibly strong odor of urine. However, they have lost my business and the business of my friends/family after my most recent interaction. My cat has a condition that causes crystals in his bladder to form if he doesn't eat a special diet. This food is considered a prescription and needs to be refilled my the vet each time I order it. I received a phone call saying they could not refill the prescription because they hadn't seen my cat in over a year. They tell me this last minute, when my cat could quite literally die if he doesn't eat this food which I'm trying to order because it is almost out. I have recently moved cities and didn't think to find a vet yet. So after refusing to make an exception even though it was their failure to inform me I needed to make appointments yearly, I spent an hour on the phone frantically trying to find a vet with a last minute opening to prescribe the food. Horrible customer service that literally put my cats life at risk.
