Great first time experience, customer service was a bit sluggish but overall not bad. Amazing selection, got 2 ps2 games and an n64 game while there to add to my collection, and found them rather quickly. It is a bit cluttered, but they have sooo much cool stuff there it's expected. Hope to visit again soon!
