City wide went above and beyond not only with customer service but also delivery. The delivery was very punctual and very flexible with how challenging getting the dryer to the basement was. They were also very patient with my barking dog. Will recommend to anyone needing any type of appliance.

Troy has been out a couple of times, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Stays in communication with you, and ensures you know what is happening with the job. Very customer service oriented! Highly recommend.

Ankur,Rick was sent out by home warranty company. After looking and my washer he said I need to unplug to reset the board as the pump was replaced by another company. He said board mite need to be replaced. He then said do some loads. He gave me his card. He then messaged my husband saying board needs replaced. I didn't even get thru first load and it messed up again. He wouldn't respond. Then next morning for me to do several small loads with 30 mins in between loads. So when I did everything he asked and told him still not working he wouldn't respond,instead he canceled his services with our warrenty people. We will never again deal with this company so unprofessional

I needed an electric range, when I walked in the staff was so friendly and inviting. They worked with me to get the best fit for my needs and my financial situation, I will definitely return for any other appliance needs in the future- hats off city wide!! Love ya all & thank you!! ?
