Sold me the wrong size shoes.
No one wanted to help me.
Waited 20 min and I had to ask for help.
Dude was rude af and mad to help me.
Kept dogging me lmfao.
Definitely didn’t feel welcomed.
Never spending a cent here again.

The employees were cool, and very informative and helpful. The store was a bit messy so that's why it's 4 star review. But if you need some cheaper clothing they have a huge selection. Stop in and check it out.

Store is clean and one staff member was incredible! The other staff members were eating and socializing at the front checkout. The store was not busy, but it took them a really long time to do anything.

The experience in this City Gear was A1! MY GUY is always so helpful and takes time to look for whatever his customers need!? After going back for day two, Tashaya was one the JOB!! She helped me find exactly what I needed for my brother and even went above and beyond to help me download the app to my phone! Superb customer SERVICE! Sis understood the ASSIGNMENT! I ALWAYS APPRECIATE good people in customer service.. they help me determine how much I spend, if anything or if I will RETURN! I will definitely. Be back!
