So I really don't leave reviews unless I have a strong opinion. My girlfriend and I went into this bank to set up an account. Jeremy Henderson was our banker and he truly was amazing to go through the process with. Let's be real we all get wrapped up in our worlds and not everyone says "yaaay let's go to the bank" however it truly helps when the people there are in a positive and uplifting mood. Jeremy was very friendly, outgoing, and most importantly professional. He made his pitches and was very good at explaining everything and was also interested in getting to know you. (To me that's important) anyways this bank and Jeremy were very professional and amazing.

Tried to cash some savings bonds here, but was denied because I only have a credit card with Chase, not a checking or savings account. Apparently, Chase doesn't value their credit card holders.

Literally the worst bank ever. Can't wait to transfer first chance I get. Can never just talk to someone and when I do they're always rude. Like I'm sorry I'm young and got questions. Anyways if you don't like ur job their are tons of other options.

The staff inside are always friendly and helpful. Never had any problems with cashing checks, depositing money or anything else. There's only one ATM so there might be a line but all in all one of my favorite Chase banks.

This branch makes sure that they don't answer customer calls. No matter which day and what time you call. That's the ONLY thing that they deliver consistently. Apart from extremely poor customer service. Simply pathetic!!! Needs new Management immediately!!!

Donny was incredibly helpful and was able to help answer my questions and connect me to other departments all via phone calls. I don't normally post reviews anywhere, but I was very impressed with and grateful for his customer service.

Took my dad to hospital down the street for his cancer treatment, and drove down to this branch to make a deposit for work. Online it said they open at 8:30am. I get there at 8:40ish and see their drive-thru isn’t open yet so I park my car in their parking lot until they open. I’m sitting there for maybe 3 minutes, and someone pulls up next to me and signals me to roll down my window. I was asked what I needed. I told her I needed to make a deposit. I was told I could not park in their parking lot because they can’t go inside if I was parked there. What the heck?! I’ve never heard of such a thing. I was nowhere near their front door and I was just minding my own business. It was rude and very off-putting. Great way to treat your customers; like terrorists.

I had a very poor experience with the Chase Bank in Miamisburg the previous day. I went into this Chase to finish up my business and was helped by May who was from NYC. Friendly, professional, helpful, and just nice. I was withdrawing a large amount of cash and she handled the security of me any my money perfectly as you would expect in this kind of situation. Thank you May for taking pride in your job and treating me right.

Our appointment was for 5:00pm because this particular Chase closes at 6:00pm. My wife and I rushed out of work to be at Chase by then. After waiting 30min and being told the bathroom was employees only. I walked back to the teller who told me I could continue to wait, or come back Saturday. Also, a teller could stand by the employee bathroom while I relieved myself, which I decided against. We then waited 15min longer and left at 5:45pm without being helped.

I opened my account with chase 2 months ago. I wasn't impressed at all, slow in the drive thru. The tellers are so slow! Last time I walk-in they were rude. Every time I drive thru I have to wait at least 15-20minutes!
