Worst bank I've ever dealt with. They make things difficult for no reason and when talking to there staff they all have different stories on how things are done. The best business I will do with this bank is close my account and go somewhere else.

Does this location take cash? I saw a video of a guy who was at a Chase and they refused to take cash. I'd like to know. If no cash, I'm done with Chase.

If you are trying to get cash from this ATM and you're using a none chase card, they limit you to $500 a day at a fee of $3.50.

This branch has always taken very good care of me. I would say of all of the chase bank locations, this one has caused me the least amount of stress. I get that it is a backhanded compliment... But you still get five stars from me.

The only bank I've dealt with that won't let me send someone else to make a deposit for me, and now they won't even give e me change unless I have my ID. So impersonal and corporate. I've been banking with this bank for almost 30 years, but I think it's time for a change!!

The absolute worst Chase Branch Ever. No customer service. They Never answer the phone. Always under staffed. My advice , avoid it at all costs.

30 minutes to close, wanted to open a business account and was told to come back another day. Really enticing for me to bank with them as they care more about going home then acquiring new business.
