Excellent customer service! The rep I spoke to over the phone answered all my questions, and even set up an appointment for me with a notary, to facilitate a business matter I needed to take care of. I'm very pleased with this bank.

Very friendly. I don't think they have an elevator though. They serve cookies and coffee.
