My vehicle has been having a lot of issues and they have been very helpful and kind to me everytime I go there my expectations are always sought through above and beyond there not afraid to go the extra mile to make a job better even if it's at there expense. Positive vibes, great customer service, and depending on the size of the job a quick turn around before your back in your car all nice and clean after a quick wash just to get you right.

Challenger taken to fix body panels. Claimed to be finished. Go to pick up the car and the paint job was horrendous, door jam not painted, fender and door don’t line up and the door drags. Leave it for them to fix properly. Second time around to pick it up and there’s scratches in the paint, dust and debris stuck in the paint. Asked them to fix it properly, they walked away exclaiming “can’t do anything for you”. Second guy walks out and raises his voice. Also claims hanging wires on the vehicle weren’t their fault. Extremely unprofessional and take zero responsibility for their failure to provide service.Services: Painting

Fender and door damage but when I got it back the first time the door and fender didn't line up so the door rubbed. They said they could adjust it and paint the door jam where it rubbed. Picked up the 2nd time and had 2 guys get rude an walk off because I asked about scratches in my new paint and bumps in the paint. One guy came outside to tell me I should worry more about the cracked paint on my bumper corner while the other guy tell me i had my keys so he can't do anything more and walked inside.Services: Painting

Body shop said they could do the repair for my fender and door yet even after 2nd try they delivered work with scratches on freshly painted fender and dirt painted over. When i pointed it out 2 guys from the office got rude and told me they can't do anything else and I should worry more about the scratch on my bumper than their work. The office guy told us "you have your keys so I'm done have a good night" and left us in the parking lot. Sub par work and even worse customer service.

This may be long. I hardly ever write reviews or comment about places but let me tell you, Central Collision in Huber heights is absolutely AMAZING! Most places were booked like here until December. I called and I had asked about my car and they told me it was a big job and they would try to fit the car in. WELL they did. I got her back today and LET ME TELL YOU!!!! She is in perfect condition if not better than what I bought her in. I am beyond happy with how she looks. NOT ONLY, did they fix my car but I got an alert on my car that I had a brake light out, went in and asked about it and even though it was on the other side (not even the side they fixed), they replaced it for me! Like who has customer service like that anymore?!?! I highly recommend anyone who needs anything done to get ahold of them! I can’t thank them enough!
