I have been a patient here since I was 5, I’m 41 now. I’ve had great doctors up until the beginning of this year when my Michelle Bailey is the WORST dr. She not only treat me like trash everytime I see her, she won’t listen or don’t listen to anything I say. Now on top of that she has messed up my Rx’s 3 times now to where I go days without and withdraw. Whoever is in charge of these dr really need to get ahold of my because my next move is to report her.

I have been a patient here for 32+ years. The new Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Bailey, is absolutely horrible! Forget having your prescriptions filled at all, much less in a timely manner! Messages sent through your patient portal, front desk, and office manager all go unaddressed for weeks. She does nothing but refer you to multiple other doctors. What purpose does she serve if you can't even get simple, everyday meds filled?! RIDICULOUS just how bad this office has become! I cannot not recommend this office enough!!! Left 1 star because zero wasn't an option!**UPDATE/RESPONSE TO OWNER**I have received my same medications for over 2½ years through the previous Nurse Practitioner, MJ. Why is it all of the sudden necessary to be referred to 5, FIVE, specialists now that Michelle Bailey has assumed this position? (She started in November 2022.) Prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy while others were not refilled at all, nor did the office even bother to respond to the pharmacy's multiple requests for refills. I have attended my appointments every 3 months as required. I have, multiple times, had to go without multiple medications, several of which cannot just be suddenly stopped! (My blood thinner is just one example!) This is borderline malpractice!Today, I received a registered letter advising I will no longer be seen by this office! Again, 32+ years I have gone to this practice. Today's letter was then followed by a text msg and e-mail to, "confirm my appointment for next week!" So, you are seeing me or not now?!Not to worry, I have already filed the appropriate complaints as well as secured a new PCP. One who has already been, by far, more helpful, competent, and responsive in one visit than Ms. Bailey has been in the past 5 months. Ms. Bailey has no business, "practicing" medicine if she's not comfortable with seeing those of whom deal with more than a case of the sniffles on a daily basis!

I have been going to this practice forover 25 years and have had wonderful, compassionate doctors. I am shocked to see comments about rudeness because that has never been my experience. Wait time is minimal, Dr. Kickoff and MJ were outstanding in their care and concern. Five of my family members also go to this practice.

Dr. Gleick and Derek are a great team and take good care of me. Dr. Gleick always listens well to my concerns and has recommendations about my course of care. I trust him and his judgement. He’s been my PCP for 10+ years and I’m completely satisfied by his care!

I was on time for my appointment.their staff didn’t post paperwork ahead of time ,because of their mistake I had to do paper work while I was there . Dr canceled my appointment saying it’s late. If staff new the policy they should have let me in first then asked for paper . Don’t have courtesy call n inform ahead of time . I would not recommend

Dr Gleicks is the man...he is very caring and understanding. I was the type of person who was treated like a number until one of my friends told me to go to him and now I refuse to go anywhere else

Dr Gleick has been my doctor for over 20 years. He always listens and never makes me feel like a number. Very empathetic. Derrick his nurse is also very wonderful!

DR Gleick is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Does comprehensive diagnosis.. his nurse practitioner is knowledgeable as well and is very personable. Staff is always courteous and my wait time is under 15mins. I've been with Dr Gleick now for about 4+years. I highly recommend him.

The practice has gone down hill. The doctors seem less and less concerned with patient wellbeing. Maybe it’s COVID pandemic fatigue - it’s been a rough couple of years for doctors…. But if you’re looking for someone to listen to you and get to the root of your problem, you’re gonna wanna look somewhere else. They’re quick to prescribe drugs (without thorough evaluation) and move onto the next.

Nurse MJ is absolutely AMAZING! She listens. She cares. She's extremely knowledgeable! Her ability to connect with her patients is beautiful. After 19yrs of being with an office where you feel like a number standing in line its a breath of fresh air to have someone who truly takes their time with you to ensure you get the top tier medical attention! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

I have been going to this practice since the 1980s had Dr Terlecky, Dr Kinkopf and have more recently been seeing NP MJ and occasionally Dr. Gleich. They are all wonderful medical practitioners, but I especially love MJ. She has been kind, caring, and effective in dealing with my medical issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. I personally have never experienced any rude behavior from anyone in the office. My spouse and adult children also go here and are also satisfied with the service.

As a long time patient at Centerville Family practice and a person with many life threatening illness as well as more than dual diagnosis I have found NO ONE to be more informed, knowledgeable or trustworthy than MJ LEWIS. I would choose MJ over any specialist out there in the medical field. With the way the medical field is today you rarely find a DR that you trust or believe that they have your best interest in heart. I find that with MJ. I do and have put more faith in MJ than I do most any Dr including the specialist I see. I also have the upmost respect for her and show that by also recommending all my friends and family to MJ. MJ also is my sons Dr and would trust NO ONE MORE THAN MJ to see him also.

MJ is an excellent NP and is well respected by other area doctors. She is kind, knowledgeable, and I don't feel rushed during my appointments.

The staff are always friendly. MJ always addresses all my concerns. I have had an ear issue for over 10 years. When I told MJ about it she looked in my ear and told me I had an infection behind my eardrum. My previous PCP never addressed it or said anything could be done. MJ gave me steroids and antibiotics and the infection was gone. I recommend her to family and friends.
