I have been a patient here since I was 5, I’m 41 now. I’ve had great doctors up until the beginning of this year when my Michelle Bailey is the WORST dr. She not only treat me like trash everytime I see her, she won’t listen or don’t listen to anything I say. Now on top of that she has messed up my Rx’s 3 times now to where I go days without and withdraw. Whoever is in charge of these dr really need to get ahold of my because my next move is to report her.

I have been a patient here for 32+ years. The new Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Bailey, is absolutely horrible! Forget having your prescriptions filled at all, much less in a timely manner! Messages sent through your patient portal, front desk, and office manager all go unaddressed for weeks. She does nothing but refer you to multiple other doctors. What purpose does she serve if you can't even get simple, everyday meds filled?! RIDICULOUS just how bad this office has become! I cannot not recommend this office enough!!! Left 1 star because zero wasn't an option!**UPDATE/RESPONSE TO OWNER**I have received my same medications for over 2½ years through the previous Nurse Practitioner, MJ. Why is it all of the sudden necessary to be referred to 5, FIVE, specialists now that Michelle Bailey has assumed this position? (She started in November 2022.) Prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy while others were not refilled at all, nor did the office even bother to respond to the pharmacy's multiple requests for refills. I have attended my appointments every 3 months as required. I have, multiple times, had to go without multiple medications, several of which cannot just be suddenly stopped! (My blood thinner is just one example!) This is borderline malpractice!Today, I received a registered letter advising I will no longer be seen by this office! Again, 32+ years I have gone to this practice. Today's letter was then followed by a text msg and e-mail to, "confirm my appointment for next week!" So, you are seeing me or not now?!Not to worry, I have already filed the appropriate complaints as well as secured a new PCP. One who has already been, by far, more helpful, competent, and responsive in one visit than Ms. Bailey has been in the past 5 months. Ms. Bailey has no business, "practicing" medicine if she's not comfortable with seeing those of whom deal with more than a case of the sniffles on a daily basis!

I have been going to this practice forover 25 years and have had wonderful, compassionate doctors. I am shocked to see comments about rudeness because that has never been my experience. Wait time is minimal, Dr. Kickoff and MJ were outstanding in their care and concern. Five of my family members also go to this practice.

Dr. Gleick and Derek are a great team and take good care of me. Dr. Gleick always listens well to my concerns and has recommendations about my course of care. I trust him and his judgement. He’s been my PCP for 10+ years and I’m completely satisfied by his care!
