4 hrs waiting for less than half a truck, hopefully reciever doesn't need the product anytime soon, quit ordering trucks if you don't have the product ready waste everyone's time

I recently received this email from a CS rep: I am not sure what you are ordering but I assure you we have not changed anything we use 100% smoke provolone just like we have for nearly 70 years. We shred the cheese every day, our sauce is very basic and has nothing added to make it sweet. Maybe your tastes are changing or it might be something else but it is not because of inferior ingredients. This recipe is as close as you can get it to the original 1953. And not that I need you approval but Vic would be proud. Chris I mentioned I've been eating the pizza for nearly 40 years and how much it's changed in the last two years, besides the fact that I've moved away and randomly order once or twice a year now. I'd like to mention that I do only order from the same store because they've always done the pizza's correctly and the staff is always the best.

The receiving manager is extremely unprofessional. Not only does his yell and disrespects the drivers but he takes too long to load the truck. He also enjoys to call the broker and complain about the drivers and make up lies. I’ll never come back here and wouldn’t recommend for others to come here either. It’s also very tight parking for the truckers.

Thank you for immediately handling the credit theft on my card, as I was able to stop payment so no further charges were made. I was informed within a week the charges would be credited to the account. Furthermore, we appreciate your timely attention to the issue. We used Cassano traditional thin crusts in our restaurants. We sold those restaurants and we are now opening another, but I can't get them to respond to my requests for product. Maybe they quit servicing Florida?
