Car was stolen, Our ins adjuster did her report while no one was home and missed half the damage done so she told us to let the body shop know the extra damage she missed. My husband went over all of the missed damage with an employee named MJ ? Who said they would take care of it all plus put in for a full detail.. 2 weeks later still have nails in our 2 tires, dents in the hood, holes in the headrest and scratches all over. The work they did do was great but somebody messed up somewhere and we're stuck paying for it

Absolutely Fabulous work on my Lexus!
When I brought my car to Carl's Body Shop I had almost given up.
It now looks and drives like it's Brand New!!!

If i could rate this place 0 stars, i would. they towed my car from my workplace (which is a less than 10 minute drive to their shop) because i forgot to go in the app and pay them 7 bucks. my car got towed at 5:46 pm, called them 3 times the same day after my shift to go pick it up, and no answer. so obviously i was forced to have it sit there until the next day. those GREEDY fcks charged me nearly $200 because they said they charge by the “calendar days” when my car had forcibly been sitting there for less than 24 hours. i’m not mad at all that they towed my car, but their prices and policy are absolutely ABSURD and completely WRONG. the main woman in their office also speaks in a disrespectful tone over the phone and seems like a miserable person, so watch out for her. i hope y’all sleep well at night after stealing my car and basically all the money i have over a 7 dollar parking spot. i’ll probably pray everyday for the next couple of months that this place goes out of business.

People that work there are friendly and helpful. They checked out my steering wheel and told me the issue. They even filled my windshield fluid and did not charge anything. I have been using them for a few years now and I am very happy with the service there.

The front desk and all the workers I engaged with were very pleasant and helpful. Communication was both clear and informative the entire process. Although the work itself was not able to be performed due to insurance reasons, I would recommend this location from a service standpoint alone! Very friendly, very knowledgeable.

I got my oil changed for 150.00 ( tax included). I have an Impala with 6k miles. I hope it was high quality oil. I just paid and left.
