Sadly you don't see people as nice and dedicated to their job like airway road Rent-A-Centers Manager she has gone out of her way to make sure everything was/is taken care of. Just because of her going over and above to help, I will be a Rent-A-Center customer for life.”

We missed the opening hours for return, but used the N Main St, Dayton downtown location to do a late drop-off. It was easy and friendly there too.”
“The lady there this day was very nice and pleasant. I went around 11:30. Her and I actually laughed about the thing's we had discussed. Idk how she knew...yes I do she works there and probably hears all the same things I've said. For her great customer service if I have to go again I will definitely make sure she's there.”

That's the type of service I like. The car I got was clean and in great working order. It had enhanced cruise control which was great as I was driving nearly the whole way on the highway.”
“I rented a Model 3 for my husband’s birthday. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. When I called, Dana helped me choose the best vehicle for my purposes. The online reservation process was easy. Dana had the vehicle ready to go, and was so patient and knowledgeable. The car was beautiful and drove like a dream. When we dropped it off, he spent time talking to us about the differences in the vehicles within their fleet. My husband had an awesome experience every step of the way. “I’ve rented from this location several times and it is always a great experience. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I tried to rent from the location on Stroop in Kettering only because the Wilmington Pike location didn’t open early enough on a Sunday and it was the worst experience!! They couldn’t accommodate my request and had the audacity to be rude about it. This Wilmington Pike location will be the only Budget I rent from in this area!”

“My car broke down and I was in Dayton. Had the car towed to the dealership, and asked about a rental. They sent me down the street to Enterprise, which "though" they might be able to get me a pick up truck. Nope.Called my son and he said he had just the solution...and brought me here to his go to spot. At first they said I needed to book in advance, but when I explained my situation they quickly found me a car. It was a Hyundai Electra, and I gotta say, I loved it. So much I'm buying one. I always used to drive Hyundai's but for many reasons I decided to keep my husband's jeep after he passed.They were busy when I returned, and said I was a gallon low (even though I just filled up!) and charged me a $15 fee for that. Oh well, I had a car for more than a week and that was what I needed. And I like supporting local businesses.”
