Bad business ethic lack of professionalism. The manager was so unprofessional I wish we knew her name but she is a white heavy set lady. She yelled at me and was very rude she damaged my mom clothes she said she’ll fix it for free but we have to pay for the service. The service charge was over $30. She still didn’t fix it the dress upon pick up. I’ll advice anyone not to go here. This should be close just as every other business in this location. This is not a dry cleaning service but a scam.

Bad customer service! They didn’t clean the clothes well and it came back worse than the way I dropped it. Bad customer service because the lady there started yelling at me when I complained about the damage they did on my dress, it was suppose to be sent out as delicate which costs $51 on pickup but after my complain she lied and said the gold design was loose when I dropped it which was a lie. I requested to speak to the manager but she treathened to call the police on me. She was so unprofessional and I can’t believe this kind of establishment is still up running. All I want is an explanation how my dress got damaged but I got disrespected and yelled at. Be careful doing business here, it’s not worth wasting money. If there is zero star that’s what I will give. I will never do business here again!

I took my dress to this dry cleaning service but they damaged my dress and when I complained I got a bad customer service treatment, the lady was so rude and started yelling at me even threatening to call the police on us . After so many commotion she offered to fix the damage but when we got it back, nothing was done to it except of using the safety pin to put the gold design back on and used needle and tread to try to fix it. My dress was damaged and she has no remorse. This business is a scam. It is not a dry cleaning business it's a laundry service. If you have a delicate clothes to dry clean please don't go here. Bad customer service.

I am writing this review because of the unfortunate poor, unprofessional customer service I received from the MANAGER (Christina) when trying to resolve several issues concerning my dry cleaning. I had a three piece suit and the pants were dry cleaned and given back with at least 1 1/2 inches of the lining beneath the hem of the pants. I called on that issue and was told there was nothing they could do. Believing that was a rare incident, I took another batch of clothing (on Sat) to be dry cleaned and asked for the 8pcs or more 40% off deal that's advertised. The clothing had to be picked up 10 days from drop off to get the deal. I went in on Wednesday to be told the manager removed the discount earlier that morning as directed to do so by her manager. I attempt to make the case that the cleaner isn't open on Sunday therefore Wednesday is the tenth day from a customer perspective. I paid my bill and left a note on the back of the cc receipt stating my dissatisfaction with the entire ordeal. I called Christina on the next business morning to discuss the situation and was over-talked, yelled at, hung up on (several times) and I was told she didn't care if I frequented the dry cleaners (Trotwood/Shiloh Springs) or not. Prior to being hung up on I asked to speak with her manager (Angie) and was told she wasn't available but the message would be relayed. I will NEVER frequent that location again and will advise friends and family to take their business elsewhere. When enough consumers are fed up with being mistreated by non caring businesses those businesses will eventually be forced to shut down as so many Trotwood businesses have already done! Our dollars do matter and we should be treated as such... there is no longer the professional rule that the customer is always right in an effort to keep loyal customers coming back and to keep the dollars localized in the community. Christina is such a poor example of the brand Capitol once was, and if the company doesn't do better, she'll be the face of Capitol cleaners resulting in closures due to unprofessionalism. Teresa S.
