Poor customer services charge your card for product but never ship your order.Placed order on 11/18/2023 still no product as of 11/30/2023. They dont Answer calls or respond to E-mails.Looking like a scam! Dont fall for this scam!

Ordered some underwood ammo and it came as described. Shipping was pretty quick and I received confirmation and update emails regularly which is comforting. Would purchase from them again no doubt.

I placed an order on 5/15. I was notified 5/16 that a label was created and the tracking shows it being in Hodgkins. IL since 5/17. I sent them an email notifying them of the problem and I got a notice from them with a "ticket number" stating that their customer care team is working on it on 5/25. I have called and left several messages, I have sent emails and I cannot get any response. Since I am not the shipper, I am powerless to do anything with UPS. I don't know what else I can do to either get the ammo I paid for, or get a refund of my money??? Since nobody returns the calls their automated attendant assures you will happen and nobody will respond to my emails and website inquiries, all I can do now is leave reviews warning others.

The hardest wait in life is the wait between making your ammo/gun parts purchase and the day it’s delivered. But Caliber Armory shipped my order so fast that I didn’t even experience the anxiousness of constantly tracking my order, or worrying it may never show up. And my ammo was exactly what I ordered (which should be a given, but in the past few years I’ve had a lot of messed up orders from other companies).
