I had a tremendous experience with Buy Rite. Had been scrimping and saving for a stove and cooking in crock pot, toaster oven, single burner for too long. Little did I know I could get such a fine appliance for so little. Everyone was polite and honest with me, and the same day I picked out a range, it was delivered. The delivery team tested all features with me, made sure it was level, said a polite good-bye and now I am baking loaves and casseroles in an oven again. I'm so very thankful. God Bless everyone at Buy Rite and thanks again.

The employees in the store were very kind and helpful, even offered to move their vehicle if I wasn't able to find a parking spot. They delivered in a timely manner and were quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

The absolute worst in repair, in business, and customer interaction. This business shouldn't be a repair shop! They are okay for cheap equipment for mediocre prices, but do not get serviced by them! They also don't hold themselves accountable when one employee sucks at their job, it was a take it up with him kind of deal and still re-charged to say what was ultimately wrong. Then the new guy couldnt fix a brike. Seal, amd a hot water valve? Completely a waste of our time and money!

Bought a fridge, washer, dryer more than fifteen years ago and I’m still using everything! Stopped in to bring my friend to get a dryer and was so sad that the old guys are gone. :( Before I moved, I used to bring friends and family in to get appliances all the time and they always remembered my name and it felt like I was visiting friends. I’m so happy that I got to chat with Paul’s granddaughter and she’s carrying on the family business. God bless you guys

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Save yourself months of issues and go elsewhere. We bought a dishwasher over a month ago and it leaked the first time we used it. They claim they have a 30 day garentee. The owner, Paula, has promised to give us our money back and keeps blowing us off. We returned the dishwasher and we were told they litterally do not have the funds to pay us back due to it being the slow season and the employee even said they aren't getting paid as well. These people are awful, worst customer service I've ever received and give you the run around. We filed a claim with BBB. Their were multiple other issues as well.

Do Not Buy! My Husband & I Got A Fridge & Washer/Dryer And The Dryer Has Had To Be Fixed 3x Within A Month, After Our Month Warranty, It Almost Caught Fire. The Washer Also Quit Working 3 Weeks In. We Threw Them Out & Had To Go Purchase New, Which Sucks! Now, Our Fridge Is Going Out! Which We Now Have To Replace With New. This Place May Have Cheaper Prices, BUT If You Can, Get On Payments For New! This Place Is Horrible & I Will Never Refer People Here Again.

Showed up to purchase- same day we were told what they had. NOPE, didn’t have it.Worse- the dryer I did buy has now quit working twice.We are past the 30 days.Do not buy.
