Customer service is top notch as well as their service and the meat and or prices, where can you find such quality now a days! This place has stood the test of time and the changes for the better. Don't walk, but run and check them out!!!”

“Wow! This team is fantastic to work with! If you are looking for a great company to have at an event, look no further. I dropped the ball and never messaged them back, but then realized the day before my event that I never got back to them. They worked with me and were still able to make our event with a one day notice. Most companies would just say "no," but not Kona Ice Dayton! They knocked it out of the park and our kids (and parents) LOVED IT!”

“Yeah, they are 0.10 to 0.20 cents higher than the giant stores. All you have to do is try them a couple of times. We get our steaks and chops custom cut (thicker). All you have to do is call in an order and it's usually ready next day. If you are a serious carnivore, don't deny yourself. There are so few butcher shops around anymore. Full service deli & meat counter - you can't go wrong.”

“I like this store they have a nice clean store it's big enough to handle the customers that come in and there's plenty of choices to please everyone the area it's in may make some people nervous it's not the best location honestly but despite that I can't complain in any way about the store and what they offer”
“I got a ribeye and ham salad. Super happy with the steak it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. You pay for quality, well worth it and we will definitely shop here again. It’s sucked off in a neighborhood so it truly is a hidden gem! The ham salad was good,not sweet like honey baked ham.”
