This place is INFESTED with roaches, the cops, and EMS are constantly showing up, strangers wonder the halls in the middle of the night, maintenance won’t fix anything, and probably the farthest thing from a safe neighborhood. If you’re considering living here STAY AWAY!!

A horrible horrible place have roaches very bad landlord doesn’t even care they spray but the whole building is invested keeps going through building manger who are slum lords had mold in my apartment and they never took care of my living room wall with black mold inside my wall maintenance are lazy and disgusting all the employees just are happy they live in the building rent free I hope this place get shut down ⚠️DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!⚠️

I've been waiting for a whole month for someone to get in touch with about renting a one bedroom unit. I gave them all my documents and application fee, but all I get is a complete run around. My next step is to contact fair housing commission.

They don’t believe in given deposits back after you move out. I’ve called and sent emails. They are crooks. Please keep looking guys, I really don’t recommend anyone to deal with them.

not a good place to live. thy cant even sit outside in front. thy dont clean the place or fix anything. the community room has been locked down sence ive been here.the place has bugs. the bath tubs are very hard to get into if ur handycapped. im looking for a nother place to go.Dont move here trust me you wont like there.

I don’t know what’s worst the bugs, maintenance, Vicky, the random people walking through the building at night that don’t live here or the elevator going down every other day. Best part is all this is included with your rent!

I feel like they tricked me somebody please help me get out my lease it’s problems everyday in this hell hole bugs are get worst, I can’t get anything fixed and I feel so unsafe at night in my own apartment. HELP PLEASE because the property management isn’t any help!

Nice place to live that keeps you close to the bus route and shopping. It is relatively quiet here and parking is good. Everyone gets a balcony, which is also nice. Office is proactive when it comes to correcting problems. I had a roach problem 3 months ago, which was due to a neighbor who wasn't keeping his apartment clean. They evicted the neighbor and my problems with roaches was solved to my satisfaction. If people park in the fire lanes here, the office does ticket them, and that is also a good thing. This makes my 3rd year of living here.
