It's and older shopping center on the border of Kettering and Dayton. It has grocery, thrift, pharmacy, and other shopping of the like.There is also a bank, pet grooming, and a bar. Lots of different types of scenes happening here. Parking lot needs updated, but it's not too terrible. And it's easy to get to.
