Dude was awesome. Changed my almost destroyed phone to an old 3g phone. Issues I have is after he did this he explained that because he did this it reset our phone contract. We were just a few months from being able to get new phones. The phone I transferred over to was one of our phones we were paying for. An active phone. Now we have to wait 1 year to get new phones despite nothing we did was getting a new phone. Also it cost us 50$ and Dude didn't transfer data from damaged phone to new old 3g backup phone. Guy was nice. But when I was with TMobile all I needed to do is remove and install a sim chip in any unlocked phone and SD chip to bring everything over for free. Kinda feeling I need to go back to a carrier that still uses sim and SD chips. Real bs to reset your contract, charge you, and not actually import data to old new phone. Bad bad bad

I was having trouble switching my phone number from one company to another and found myself needing a phone just for a short amount of time. I came across a Boost Mobile offer for $25/month for unlimited everything. I went into this store, where I was told that monthly service was $50. I pointed to the signs that were on the windows, literally advertising the $25 and had to bargain with the guy to get my payment down to $29. After 6 days with Boost, my issues were resolved with my other phone company. I called Boost to cancel and to request a refund, as their guarantee states that you can cancel your service within 7 days and get a free refund. They refused to refund me because I had already used the service! That's quite literally what a guarantee is... You give your customer a few days/weeks/months to use your service or product and if they aren't satisfied, they can return it. How can offer a guarantee with a stipulation that you can't actually USE the service?? That also is not stated anywhere in the guarantee details.I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank and reported Boost to the FCC. If I ever find myself in a similar situation, this will definitely not be the place that I go to for a resolution!
