I ordered a recliner and I shipped it to the Dayton Ohio store because I’ve spent $2000 with them so I could pick it up. On my pick up day no emails no one reached out to me I had a friend with the truck who I only had for that day. I hear nothing until the next day I have no way to get it. Customer support completely ignored me on chat wouldn’t answer the phone when I called so 4 days the chair is just sitting there. I’m sure they are stealing my money just a side note bought a recliner for $650 from them three months ago last month it quit working it’s electric, so not only do they jerk you around on delivery time they sell shotty product. This place is literally for tax return season that’s the type of furniture they have garbage customer service garbage this place as a company garbage go to a real furniture store. Update: The response from the owner is a complete falsehood or just a flat out lie. I have submitted everything they need. All they wanna do is try and return it that’s all they want me to do it’ll never happen. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Basically if it ain’t at my front door at some point delivered by them, I’ll go to small claims court stand outside of their business with a sign saying don’t shop up here. I don’t care. I have no life and all the time in the world.

Sales Associate Mr. Berry was professional, knowledgeable, informative and thoroughly assisted my Daughter and I as we purchased furniture for her new apartment. Also, Ms. T, the Credit Manager was also very professional and helpful.

Bobs really knew their stuff! We ended up getting a sofa loveseart set, coffee table and TV entertainment peice. Out of the what feels like 20 stores we went to, they had the best selection. Wonderful staff! They even offered us their coffee bar & ice cream while shopping ? highly recommend, they have something for everybody in there!

Best experience I ever had! Bought a recliner and sofa from Bob's. The help and patience the we received was outstanding!! Due to my dad's health health condition we desperately need a pair that day. Bob's team show us they actually care and understanding!They actually sold us thier displays. No where does that! They have a customer for life!!

It was my first time Shopping @ Bob's Discount Furniture. I was looking for an Inexpensive but Cute Sofa within my Budget.Their selection was Great & Customer Service was awesome as Well? I would refer Bob's Discount Furniture to Family & Friends.

Worst experience ever, we spent over 5k on furniture and was told we could return it, as we was moving into a new home... once moved and something didn't fit so we tried to return it, was told THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS!! So BUYER BEWARE!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL NOT DO RETURNS!! You've been warned!!!

The place is in a strip mall with ample parking. The place was nice and clean with many options on display. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly but not pushy. He gave me and my husband space to talk but was always available to answer questions. This is a dog friendly place (we called ahead and asked- our dog is not a service dog. But please call ahead and double check as policies can change. Also, please make sure your pups behave-we really appreciated that they allowed our dog as we live a bit far from this place and didn't want to leave her alone at home for a long time. I would hate to see another business turn down dogs because of some irresponsible owners.) We didn't buy everything we had planned but the staff remained very pleasant and we enjoyed some snack while they were going through the paperwork. We bought a couch and a recliner and so far so good! Nothing is broken or wonky. I took 1 star off because of the delivery service. The delivery people couldn't be less friendly. They looked super annoyed and left my house with a lot of garbage (the furniture wrapper, styrofoam pieces, and somehow they left a handful of leaves on the couch!)

Mattress was only 76 inches, that's 4 inches short. My sheets don't fit, they pop off in middle of the night

I LOVE shipping at Bob's! I feel welcome to browse, ask questions, AND I don't feel pressured to buy. Although I do because the furniture is so comfy! Oh, and the cafe is great! A chance to sit, contemplate and have an ice cream!

Although they had a great selection for higher priced items. I wasn't a fan of being forced into talking to so many people. I was just looking and the sales team stayed walking with me the whole time. I just wanted to browse. It felt like a car lot.

This place was simply the very best shopping experience I’ve had in my life. The staff was over the top professional, friendly , personal and above all else to me, respectful. I hated when it was time to go. I was looking at all of the beautiful items you guys had on display and wished I had means to buy almost everything because of the beauty. My sister and daughter surprised me with the most beautiful sectional right there in the attire that made me cry like a baby. This was back in September. So moving forward, this being November 2, I called back to get the name of the company the furniture was insured by and the staff was the very same professional, personal, friendly , and respectful as they were when I first encountered them and above all else they remembered Ms. Shirley trust Ms. Shirley will be back and send all of her friends too. Keep up the good work

Great deals, among the most inexpensive stores with nice quality furniture. The Staff treated me really good and were very welcoming. Not to mention they had great financing and warranty. I will definitely be buying more furniture here soon.

Do not buy from here!!!!!! Please Dont. This is by far the worst experience I have ever gone through.1. I first went into the store to look around for couches. The moment I stepped in a worker was on me asking questions that I continued to say no to. He wouldn't let me leave until he was read and that made me so uncomfortable. After he finally let me leave he followed me around staring at me the entire time I was there. He made me unbelievably uncomfortable and I just wanted to get out of there. I did see a couch i liked so i decided to think on it and go home. The next da i came back just to buy the couch. They don't care about you or about your experience they just want your money whatever. To get the couch delivered i had to pay an extra 100 so i assumed they would deliver and set up because that's what they said they would do. Come delivery day the drivers arrived both smelling of weed. As someone who does as well you could tell they had been smoking on the drive to our home. Besides that they didn't put the couch in the right spot, they didn't take the trash, and they didn't help set it up.When we finally set up our couch we found that we did not get the right couch. Well we did but the couch we got looked nothing like the one at the store. We were looking for a light gray couch and the couch that arrived was dark dark gray almost black. Trying to return it. Turns out they have a no return policy that once again they didn't mention. Jumping through hoops to get this retuned because this is not the couch we wanted or ordered. This place sucks. And even if you have to spend a little extra money it will be worth not coming here... You might think this might not happen to you but the whole experience was terrible safe yourself some pain.

Kyler, the sales representative at the Dayton, OH location, was very helpful, kind, and patient. He explained the products that you had and listened to what I said that I was looking for. Jessica, at the Dayton,OH location, was very helpful with explaining the rental contract and answering any Austin's that I had.
