Service department communication is great went in for oil change and tire rotation and they told me that it was a recommendation to get other services done for the mileage on my vehicle they didn't force me at all gave me a loaner for the day too

Called on Monday to inquire on this 2013 Buick Verano & met a very friendly, genuinely personable product specialist named Bill Sweatt. On Tuesday, a couple easy follow up questions for information needed, the opportunity to test drive & return it before close. Wednesday, another test drive to coordinate car purchase, and a hassle free auto now sits in our driveway. Absolutely zero pressure. Merely a willingness to see my questions were fully answered.Twenty years of professional experience and enjoying working with people shows. Again both a huge personal & professional thanks to Bill for making this purchase both a pragmatic and pleasurable one. Driving away the feel of a second Buick felt at home & comfortable. bought a use car by carfax it had wheels bearing replace and front suspension check took it home next day hear noise call them to day later told them found out it had a wheel bearing bad need a strut it coast me 500.00 dollars get it fix

Very pleased with my experience at Bob Ross used cars. Our salesman, Bill Sweatt, was very helpful and professional without being pushy. He was very familiar with the condition and features of our vehicle and was prepared with the Carfax report and also a detailed report of the work performed by the dealer. Tyrone Kemp was very accommodating and helpful during the delivery process, even helping me work through a payment problem that I brought to the table. Couldn't be happier with these guys.

Let me tell you that I hope that Jenell Ross realizes what a phenomenal staff she possesses. Everyone there makes you feel like family right when you walk in the door. My family has been buying all of our cars there since 2012 (I think 7 cars in total), and would never go anywhere else (after having a bad experience from another dealership). Doug, Bill S., Dan, Butch,Tonya, Tyrone, Joe, Bill K., Mike J. and anyone else that I missed are truly amazing. They are very knowledgeable and have never pressured myself or anyone into buying a vehicle. I couldn't be happier.
