Big Sandy has an amazing selection at fantastic prices! My salesman Steve was outstanding! He gave me the space i needed to look and decide as well as be available for any and all questions I had. We went in to buy a refrigerator and came out with a fridge and new couch and chair. Beth was so good with us. She was not pushy at all and we value that in a sales person. Steve made sure someone was helping us, along came Beth ?. She made delivery fit our schedules and the 2 guys who delivered were outstanding. Polite, understanding and were very much on time. Big Sandy's is where we'll go back to. Also, they have a veterans discount.. huge bonus.

My husband and I visited the store because of their Labor Day Sale. I saw an ad on Facebook for a coffee table and end tables that would go very well with our living room decor. We walked in and we're greeted by Steve. He was so nice and very helpful without being pushy. Once there and seeing their multiple options, I went from one to another and Steve answered all of our questions. We finally made a decision and are pleased with our choice. To top it off, they were having a prize drawing while we were in the store and I actually won a gift card!

My husband and I just bought a beautiful leather Sectional from Big Sandy. Ashley helped us and made the experience enjoyable. Steve also offered help. It is our first experience with this company. So impressed with everyone involved. The store manager was also so kind. Next time we go furniture shopping we will start at Big Sandy!

I am not easily impressed so I was pleasantly surprised to be treated like a valued customer. Kate the manager of the appliance department was very helpful and efficient as she handled my purchase. Hopefully the delivery will go as smoothly and the interaction at the store.
